Meet Eveline Francois | Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eveline Francois and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eveline, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m from a small town in Haiti Called Saint- Marc. I spent most of my younger years in a all girls boarding school, where I learned discipline, independence and the value of education early on. That foundation carried me through as I continued my education and stepped into the world of business.
Growing up, I was fortunate to be surrounded by opportunity. I had access to successful people and was raised by entrepreneur parents who taught me to dream big but also work hard. Their mindset influenced how I navigate business with purpose, resilience and vision.
But it wasn’t just family or success stories that shaped me. It’s also the people i’ve met along the way. Every person leaves something behind, whether it’s a lesson from a mistake or motivation from their success. I believe those connections are what help us grow, evolve and stay grounded on the path we’ve chosen.
That’s why I show up the way i do; in real estate, in the community, and in life. Because every step I’ve taken has been part of a bigger story still unfolding.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Real Estate, for me more than just buying and selling homes, it’s about building trust, educating my clients and helping families create generational wealth.
What sets me apart in my personal connection to the process. I don’t just show up for the transaction, i show up for people. I’m proud of the relationships i’ve built, the lives i’ve impacted, and the consistency i’ve maintained through every challenges.
I’m proud of my daily wins because it’s not just about closing deals or guiding clients through transactions. It’s about helping people make informed decisions that truly impact their lives. There’s real joy in watching others thrive, knowing i played a small part in that growth. What excites me even more is the journey ahead, continuing to grow in this business, evolve as a professional, and expand the impact i make every day.
Getting here wasn’t easy. Honestly, it wasn’t a straight path. There were many detour before i finally found my way into real estate. There were moments of doubt, set backs, and a lot of leaning on faith, hard work, and the support of those who believed in me. I’ve learned that perseverance, showing up with integrity, and staying true to your mission will take you far. I always knew i wanted to help people. Real estate became the perfect way to do that. It allows me to educate, empower, and encourage others to build wealth, gain financial freedom and create a life with more choices, whether that’s enjoying life now, investing in education or preparing for retirement later. This career has given me purpose. It’s why i continue to show up, day after day, for the people i serve. Overcoming the challenges hasn’t been easy, but i’ve learned to align myself with minded entrepreneurs and people who remind me of my “why”. i’ve learned to get back up every time i’m knocked down by learning from others, reading and fully engaging in the work that i do.
One the biggest and hardest lessons i’ve learned along the way is to keep believing in myself, even when things don’t go as planned. I’ve leaned not to be afraid to start over, to pivot or to try again with a fresh perspective. Staying aligned with my purpose, holding on to the vision, and remembering why i started has kept me grounded. Most importantly, i’ve learned faith, to truly believe that consistency, purpose and trust in the process, anything is possible.
I want the world to know that my brand is built on service, passion, and purpose. My story is still being written and every chapter has its purpose. I believe that we are all have unique journeys; no two paths look the same, yet somehow, we are all connected. Every chapter is rooted in helping others find their way home, with confidence and care. And through real estate , i’ve found a way to serve, to inspire and to make a difference in people’s lives. And if there’s one thing i’ve learned, it’s this: Keep believing that your story, your challenges, your victories, your purpose is what makes you you. Own it, live it, and never stop evolving.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since I live in Palm beach county, here are some of my favorite spots to share with friends when we want a great time:
Worth avenue
for upscale shopping in a stunning, diverse setting; this is the place to stroll, enjoy the scenery and maybe treat yourself.
Buccan
This restaurant is one of my tops picks for dining. Chef Clay Conley’s inventive American small plates are always fresh, flavorful and serve in a warm inviting atmosphere. It’s perfect for a fun and relaxed evening out.
Eau Palm Beach and Spa
My go-to spot for a girls’ day, enjoy delicious dining, a luxurious spa, and a stylish bar. Its’ the ideal place to unwind with champagne, appetizers and good conversation
The beach
Especially in summer, nothing beats soaking up the sun and the ocean breeze. It’s the best place to relax and recharge.
Kravis Center for the performing arts
whether it’s theatre or a concert, you’ll always find exciting performances happening here.
Or find me in at the Museums
Great way to learn about all topics and be transported to century of history and have a glimpse in the mind of various artists.
The spots highlight what i love about Palm Beach, the blend of elegance, relaxation, and vibrant culture. They’re not about places, but about the memories and experiences you create when you’re there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
