Hi Fabio & Mikel, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
it was 21 years ago in south beach , right in Espanola way , back then we didn’t know much about the Miami culture , people used to go out a night, so the morning for us was a struggle , it was very slow , until we decided to open at 1 pm and extended the hours till 10 pm. , then everything change in better

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
first of all its all about curiosity , and be aware on what’s going on around you , I guess people love our brand cause we are very welcoming to the client , our salons are always full of Arts from local artists , we are very focus on details , and we take lot of inspiration from the urban life , music is also one of the main key , to stay on top for many years in Miami , its not easy , there is a lot of competition , so its important to choose a good location , but always remember Miami its constantly changing , so never take thing for granted , having salons in 3 different continent we having clients from all over the world. and I’m happy with that

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
right now Miami as so much to offer, my favorites places are Sunset Harbor , where you find the best restaurants , Im a proud member of the Standard Hotel , I absolutely love this place , located right on the bay , the best sunset and an incredible spa . I adore south pointe park , one of my favorite places are Joe stone crab then I would take him to the design district. but my favorite place right now its Upper Buena Vista. just a magical spot, full of nature and beautiful people and at night time we are going to Broken Shaker. and maybe , why not Space Club

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
its all about human relationship , i grow with the same people I work for the last 25 years. we know each other very well , nowadays we have salons in Italy , Usa and china. and we still maintain everything as a family business , I have to say the founders of the company [Alessandro Santopaolo , Massimo Bianco ] are the one always believe in me , and they are the one who deserve much credit
