We had the good fortune of connecting with Fame Life and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fame, what do you attribute your success to?
Consistency, I would say. Keeping my fans supplied with music and content. Constantly placing myself in the right places to strengthen and grow my brand. As well as my other businesses. They notice the hard work because it’s shown rather than spoken about.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I make really great, dope, clever music and create the “vibes.” My music is the main way I communicate my thoughts, feelings, and information about life. Rap in the past, well music in general was always like a history book. We learned things, saw things, and put it into the music. “Dropping gems what they call it. I do it in a way where I give dope relevant information but I don’t over saturate it to be labeled “preachy.” It’s great artistry. I appreciate the actual Art of music and creation. The sounds, the way it makes you feel, and experimenting. I’ve always been ahead of the curve with new waves. I see things ahead of time, Feeling when something may “pop.” My brand has grown tremendously through hard work and consistency. My network most importantly people watch the movements and the grind. Recognize the drive I have to be successful and they want to be part of that. Having great energy that gives me the ability to network and speaks with new people is very comfortable. Brings them into my world and my brand which in turn spawns a new fan. I’ve learned to celebrate all wins in life. Do the groundwork first to build a strong foundation and don’t think about the naysayers. Just keep working towards my goals. Making weekly goals that add up to monthly goals that add up to the year. The big picture. Also, I study a lot about the music business and the show business. The true history of the business. I learn each day something new and keep growing carving my space and solidifying it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I mean honestly, I’m still finding dope spots myself being new in Florida. So I would say like Wynwood area first, it’s a lot of artsy vibes cool people, and not too many egos lol. It’s a lotta hidden food gems we could explore together. I Definitely would stop by Dubwise Cafe where my cousin is a Dj and they also have great food there. Get a good workout in at my ex-college Roommate’s gym in Miami called Circuit Academy. State-of-the-art equipment. Then maybe check out the sandbar in Delray Fl. My biggest thing would be finding great food. Especially after I smoke. Check out the Din Vichi experience then hit the gun range.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I read Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s book “Hustle Harder.” That was my motivation that added fuel to the fire I already had in me to create and establish my brand identity. That book definitely empowered me to move at my own beat of the drum. I’m a hustler truly at heart I may be addicted to it. Coming up in Brooklyn, NY you always had to have various streams of income to survive. I would make clothes, airbrush sneakers, and sell candy. “Let’s make this happen. let’s do this” I’m always about action. The hustle is alive in me. Now it’s upgraded to innovative things according to the path in the music business. I don’t like the traditional “job journey.” I’m going to create more and more businesses and establish legacies to hand down.
