We had the good fortune of connecting with Florencia Pendola and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Florencia, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is the integrity behind it. Everything that I say and share in my brand is aligned with my values and my beliefs. I speak based on experiences and based on the learnings I face every day and I believe that has made my brand successful. I can connect with the audience because I am my audience. What I share is the content I wished I’ve seen in my darkest moments.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I run a brand that is solely focused on empowering each and every one of us to be better, do better, be happy and be the best version of ourselves, but also, I do e-commerce full-time. My professional journey wasn’t easy, I faced a lot of challenges along the way, but I never let those stop me. If there is something I learned throughout my career is that you are exactly where you need to be at any specific time. What is happening to you is exactly what needs to happen. If opportunities don’t work out, there is a reason behind it, that you might not understand at the moment, but later on, you will. It’s hard to explain how one can overcome challenges, but for me, a life without challenges is not a life. I don’t know life without challenges. If along the way I don’t see challenges, I don’t think is my path to travel. The key thing about dealing with challenges is to not let them stop you. Keep going, perseverance is key, life will show you that you are on the right path. Believe that everything that happens to you is meant for you. Learn. Grow. Keep moving forward. The world needs to know I am as much part of my audience. My brand is me, everything that I believe, everything that I go through is my brand’s voice, so I understand what people go through, I know what it feels like, but most importantly, I know how to get out of those challenging situations and move forward. I hope I give the world the right tools and I am here to talk if they ever need anybody to talk to.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to the beach, stop by wyndwood, south beach, midtown, coral gables, take them to the springs, Orlando, the theme parks. I am a fun of healthy eating although I do understand that not all are like that so I would take them to lagniappe, Astra, Three & No. 3 Social, Botanical gardens. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many books that have changed my life in so many ways that I hope my audience can read, but the person I want to dedicate it is to my friend Lucia who always motivates and sees all the good in me that I sometimes fail to see for myself. THANK YOU LULU!
