We had the good fortune of connecting with Francine Sweet and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Francine, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business is that I was tired of buying cosmetics that stated that is was long lasting and in fact it was not long lasting at all. So I decide to create a long lasting vegan cosmetics for the world to enjoy

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started my creative journey from the age of 16 I am person with disabilities called sickle cell anemia & lupus but I did not let it stop me. Sickle cell & lupus has made me want to go harder then the next person with no disability. I want the world to know that the World Of Cosmetic Paints is a new concept for makeup. My struggles with my disabilities has not stop me or made me want to quit. My disabilities have made me a more resilient and stronger fighter that will not give up. The lessons I have learned in my journey is no matter what problems that you are facing in life if you have a dream go after your dreams and do not let anyone stop you. I look at this as not an obligation but an opportunity for success

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First we would put the luggage down and go eat and have some drinks a Bonefish Grill to catch on life and life events. The following morning I will get up a prepare breakfast eat and then go shower to start a day of fun starting at noon with going to the North Carolina Museum of Art to get inspiration for my next creation after leaving museum go grab lunch at on of my favorite taco trucks and just hang out. I would more then likely get tickets to an event depending on the time of the year and spark my interest

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
