We had the good fortune of connecting with Georgios Koulouris and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Georgios, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The tough process was that I decided to open my business during the pandemic and as you can understand not being able to generate sales, especially for a new restaurant it was the most challenging part.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Borsalino coffee bar and food is an elevated high class European cafe that combines food with American flavor and the best coffee beans from all around the world sourced directly for us
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely take them to see bayside in Downtown Miami cause it combines the feel of Miami . Next stop would have been Brickell and Coconut Grove an area with a more bohemian style.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The people that deserve the credit for Borsalino to be still in business is the local community of downtown Miami that since day one , in these difficult times they were there to support us.
