Meet Gerardine Pierre | Entrepreneur & Wedding Officiant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Gerardine Pierre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Gerardine, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be impactful to leave others empowered a story that will encourage social change for my children and those in the future. My mission story is to promote values and skills. I want people to remember my journey to success and why it’s good to trust the process.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have a one-stop-shop business that is continuously evolving. I began as a Mobile Notary business to a Wedding officiant that provides multi-services. Including Coaching and business services and Wedding Coordination.
I am an entrepreneur today because of my previous job experiences that used my ideas and skills. I began to reflect and be more aware employers weren’t trying to promote opportunities or growth. I was not in love with what I was doing. I learned that many companies did not invest much into their employees. I was tired of the redundancy and feeling stifled. I was not happy. Then the one-day life-changing moment happened. I gave birth to my baby boy Cairo it just UNLOCKED me. I am not afraid anymore, started to cultivate my purpose. I discovered my talents and qualities and kept an open mind. I do everything with Love and Passion.
I learned about discipline and consistency and to do things even when you are scared. There are drawbacks, some sweat & tears but take your time. Investing in your education college or YouTube university is the best investment you can give yourself. Might I add personal and professional growth is a plus! No one can take that away from you.
You are your best investment. My Brand is about Connecting and building my story is to empower others to do everything with Passion and Purpose.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would suggest them to Wynwood Walls it’s one of my favorite places during events like Art Basel. There is so much unique art and activities, trendy and stylish restaurants and bars in that area. It is the habitat for culture and energy Little Hen Restaurant is a well-known place with beautiful aesthetics old English tea party decor. The vibe is a great breakfast brunch spot, especially for the ladies. As for drinks, I would say a few places have great bars Mama Tried, The Anderson, Wood Tavern – Great Bar drinks are Fantastic!!!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to send a shoutout to My Partner, Family, and Friends. They have supported me and inspired me to be Great. I also would love to shout out my sister Cassy & MENTOR ANDREA GOMEZ and all my clients. The Notary and Wedding Organizations. You all are the Reason Why I am so passionate about what I do!
