We had the good fortune of connecting with Giovanni Bango and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Giovanni, how do you think about risk?
Taking logical and calculated risks are the key to succeeding and growing in life. You need to break the mold and separate yourself from always following the “safe, tried and true” method most people use. The very definition of insanity is expecting a different result from the same action over and over. This is precisely why following what everyone else is doing ultimately leads to the same result they got. Calculated risks, coupled with drive, vision, dedication and hard work are instrumental to your success when opportunity is knocking. One of my most rewarding moments of calculated risk in my career was when I saw an opportunity to shift from my long tenure in logistics to starting my own adjusting firm and construction company. Don’t let doubt or lack of support from those around you deter you. Stay strong, be confident and trust your instincts!

What should our readers know about your business?
Have you ever filed a homeowners insurance claim and felt shorted? That’s where we come in and fight for you! There are many public adjusting firms, but none like All Pro. All Pro as a brand consists of an Adjusting Firm and a Construction Company. Being duly qualified puts us at an advantage when negotiating settlements for our clients. What truly sets us apart is that we give every single one of our clients the same care and attention that we would give to one of our family members. Like everything in life, growth takes time, sacrifice, hard work and immense dedication. Believing in myself and knowing the level of service I wanted to provide to our clients is ultimately how we arrived to where are today. This certainly came with its own challenges. There were periods of trial and error and being consumed with self doubt at times, but mustering the strength to push forward was instrumental to our success. One thing I’ve learned is that relying on my faith and work ethic, I can set any goal and see it through. In a world where people rarely honor their word and promises, I find that its quite simple to keep your clients happy and returning by having compassion and keeping our promises to them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Without question, Miami and South Florida as a whole are some of the greatest areas to visit. Being the epicenter of the world of mixed cultures, South Florida has a ton to offer. A staple of Miami is Isla’s Canarias for their famous croquetas. There are many Cuban bakeries, but none can match the flavor provided here. Next up, a drive to the Florida Keys. Snorkeling and Diving at the famous “Christ” Statue, then trolling for Mahi offshore can fill the afternoon with plenty of excitement. Come back to the dock and be able to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy a cold one waterside.

A quick run back up to Miami, and we stop in Wynwood to hit some of the local breweries and enjoy the sights, dynamics and energy of this great city!
