Meet Heather Wright | Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Medical Professional

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather Wright and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heather, how does your business help the community?
My business helps people discover their individual metabolic health and wellness needs through scientific methods and detailed data via DXA Body Scan, RMR Analysis, FIT3d postural assessment and educational nutrition programs. We live in such a technological age that if you are still using generic calculations and superficial methods to measure your wellness you are doing yourself a huge disservice.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am always learning, so you will never hear me describe myself as a “guru” or “expert”. I am a well-rounded and highly educated medical professional with a very diverse background in medicine, holistic health and business. I am proud that I have continued to invest in my personal and professional growth while touching lives along the way since I was about 16 years old.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would definitely take them to wildlife attractions such as the everglades for airboat rides, natural springs for swimming, diving and kayaking, local green markets and other authentic things that they would otherwise not be able to experience in their home location.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to thank my dear friend Sam Tejada, CEO and Founder of Liquivida Lounge. We became fast friends in 2017 when both of our businesses were still blooming. Over the years, Sam and I have created a fantastic referral relationship that is mutually beneficial while helping to change the lives of others by providing detailed information on health and wellness as well as functional health resources instead of pharmacological solutions.
