We had the good fortune of connecting with Iram Ayala and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Iram, how do you think about risk?
Risk is part of the process. Risk often is opportunities in the growth. We look forward on taking that opportunity.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a Authentic Puerto Rico Restaurant in South Florida. We have 3 yrs operating in the heart of downtown Hollywood and we offer Granda home style Cooking. What sets us apart is that we are in a constant progress of Innovate our Culinary experience. We do on weekend Chefs Special we’re we combine Molecular and Fusion Cuisine; setting a standard where our clients can have a different experience and we are excited in becoming that Go To Restaurant. We both our selves have had business failures in the past; so we have managed the times wisely and growth from those experiences. It wasn’t easy at all but with FAITH we have managed to adapt at the times with Covid-19 and now the situation with Mid East. Lesson in taking charge with actions and look for ways to improve.
We are family own restaurant with traditional flavors with the intention to promote Taino Culture to the world. El Bayu de wela Sara is here to stay!!!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Downtown Hollywood offers lots of music and entertainment and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino for more entertainment.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Ana Romero She is the Restaurant Manager/Wife
