We had the good fortune of connecting with Isadora Franca and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Isadora, how do you think about risk?
Certain people take risks while others walk away because we easily associate it with a negative effect. I wanted results but was afraid of the risks I had to take to get to the other side. This was because I lacked a sort of self-confidence- in order to see myself take a risk I needed to see myself worthy of a positive outcome.

It wasn’t until I began to gain confidence that I knew risk taking would be me seizing the opportunities. Why would I rob myself of that? The role that this played into my life has taught me that my dream life and career won’t come to my doorstep. I need to face the obstacles, run my lane, be filled with aspirations, and take risks to get to the other side.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I quit my full time job last year in December because I had a vision for my life and what I want it to look like. It is possible to be truly happy and it is possible to do what you love! I hope to inspire people to take risks in their life and fight for their purpose because if not we could look back with regret, and there is no time machine to fix wasted time. We must learn to be intentional about the hours we have now, our health, and the people we are around. It is vital to connect to our most authentic self and create from that because it is a unique power we each carry. I haven’t been able to only focus on one project because it is simply not who I am at this time. Understanding who I am in each phase of my life has been life changing for me. Currently, I am working on a music video for my recent release. my photography business, and creative services business that launched this year.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my friend was visiting the area I would start by spending the first half of the day at Fort Lauderdale beach and eat lunch at Henry’s Sandwich Station (The French Dip Sandwich is highly recommended) after the beach we would freshen up at home and for dinner I would take them to Yokohama Sushi in Mizner Park and stay for live music at The Funky Biscuit. There are many sweet spots to hang from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca, and West Palm. It just depends on the mood of the day. A few of my favorite go to coffee spots around Boca Raton to bring a book and work around is Paris Morning Bakery, The Seed, Mane Coffee, Glyk Gelato, and Living Green Fresh Market.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my spouse Anler Hernandez for truly believing in what I can contribute to the world in this aspect. He has seen and is going through the development of my early twenties. A few years ago I didn’t know where I wanted to spend my energy on when it comes to building something from the ground up. As a matter of fact, I am still figuring it out daily. However through his belief in me and encouragement I have been able to establish my own vision and aspirations.

In moments that I feel uninspired, he comes in and gives me new perspective, and in moments I am steady moving he makes sure to express that I am doing a good job which feels good to hear every once in awhile. It has been a thrill for me to experience this kind of movement in my life and I could not do it without the the support of him, my family and friends around me.

I also wanted to thank Juanita Villegas, she is the Creative/ Art director for Minuit Creative and I can’t think of another person that fits the role better. She is so talented and effective with her art that I am honored to work alongside her. We interestingly enough met on Tik Tok and shortly after met in person for a creative shoot. We then realized we could be a good team and only a few months later took the risk together to establish Minuit Creative. Some see it as crazy, and I agree! That is what I like about this new chapter we are undertaking. Crazy (healthy) decisions builds character and ambition and more vision for the future.
