Hi Jacopo, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I thank you for this fantastic question that is asked of me. I am extraordinarily grateful to the universe to be able to answer by defining my external success in Real Estate as an investor / Broker of my company Miami Italy International Brokers Realty, as a consequence of deep internal work through a methodology that I have assembled but scientifically proven by university studies, my method is called M.P.B.E a step by step guide to become Healthy Rich and Happy, where M stands. For meditation, P for prayer, B for biohacking, and E for exercise. Trying this methodology On myself has changed my life as a Human being, as an Investor / Broker and Entrepreneur. I felt the duty and the moral obligation to share with as many people as possible this radiant methodology that has bases secular because it is used by the most important people who through this M.P.B.E methodology have achieved success, precisely for this reason I decided to write a book that will be available at the end of April 2023 “Healthy rich and Happy” available on Amazon or on the site www.Healthyrichandhappy.com where I share unique practice techniques to become Healthy Rich and Happy, I am convinced that this book will change lives and I am honor in sharing part of the proceeds to associations that help children and the elderly

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I was born as an entrepreneur, creating a chain of franchising stores in Italy and then I started investing in the real estate sector first in Italy and then in 2010 I arrived in Florida to take advantage of the fall in the Real estate market.I was born in the most beautiful city in the world Naples (Italy) where my whole family lives

The difficulties in my life have been so many from inventing my first business in Italy to changing continent. I have always had a firm certainty that with commitment, sacrifice, love and dedication I would have reached my goals, which is fully achieved.Today I have 4 goals that give me joy, my book Healthy Rich and Happy to share around the world to help as many people as possible, create a large investment fund in Real estate and Crypto, Create the largest Broker chain where all Realtors are united in the creation of added value for oneself and others, Donate as much as possible by becoming a philanthropic investor / boker by building a school to unite young people eager to learn and seniors who have experience in business and give love, abundance and joy to my family to my friends and to the world

I love my work as an Investor and as a Broker I do it with extreme passion and true dedication, because I feel first as a human being and then as a professional, satisfaction in seeing the wishes of others and mine come true and I think that the more economy I create for my person and for the others I can give concretely to the community in which I live Miami and my home Naples Italy

Here is the itinerary I use to show the beauty of this unique and fantastic city

First of all, being my friends, we do the M.P.B.E method in the early morning to have more energy for the day because it is scientifically proven that doing certain practices together creates more energy for those who practice them. The first day a helicopter flight (flying is a passion of mine) to show the beauty from the top of miami is a dinner at Zuma.

On the 2nd day a boat trip showing Key Biscane, all the coasts and canals that cross Miami, in the evening an Italian dinner at Zucca in Coral Gables

on the 3rd day to give a bit of adrenaline and uniqueness to the trip I would go skydiving in Homestead, and in the evening to Eat at the Faena Los Fuegos and listen to some music

on the 4th day a visit to the areas of Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables and a visit to the Frost scientific museum and in the evening go Soho have a nice dinner at Cecconi’s.

On the 5th day go and see all the projects under construction that I am developing and then go see the luxury building on the miami market

on the 6th day a trip to the Isla Morada and have a beautiful dinner by the beach at The Mooring’s Village

the 7 day relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea of Miami Beach and lay out at the W hotel

The departure from Miami will certainly bring sadness to those who leave

The question I am asked is among the most beautiful I have ever received Because it makes me exercise an emotion Very important gratitude is also part of my M.P.B.E methodology, I can only say that if today I have sold millions of dollars in Property and continue to create new real estate and entrepreneurial projects is thanks to the creator who puts love, energy, strength in my heart.
