Meet Jade Mitchell | Non-Profit Founder | Graphic Designer | Photographer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jade Mitchell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jade, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
Thee Vineyard Inc was created on the analogy of an actual vineyard and the act of paying it forward by operating in the fullness of your purpose. It is also derived from the scripture Matthew 20: 1-16, where it states that no matter the time of the day one starts working in the vineyard, he will receive equal pay as someone who has been there all day. Essentially emphasizing that the main focus is not when someone starts but their decision and act to start. It’s never too late to become whole and operate in your purpose.
Each person has their own unique section of the vineyard. We believe their section is determined by their purpose in life. Our goal is to use our sections to help fill voids, nurture and encourage others into a space of wholeness so that they can, in return, operate in and use their purpose to do the same for others. Cohesively creating an endless grapevine of assistance, care, hope and love. Meanwhile, cultivating a fully functioning vineyard of various people, sections, purposes etc. working together to keep Thee Vineyard itself nurtured and growing. We aim to provide support, resources and services to those around us so that they will eventually be positioned to do the same for others.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am most proud of the intentions behind my businesses. Aside from my nonprofit, I have a multi-purpose business Jade Chardaney LLC. Within this business I offer graphic design services, photography, I have an online apparel store and will soon offer digital courses and e-books.
I started offering these services to both assist new and small business owners with their branding and product photography in a budget friendly manner. I believe that even that everyone should be well branded no matter the size or tenure of their business. So I pride myself on affordability and accessibility.
It is so fulfilling to be able to encourage and support people, that my online clothing store has graphic tees of inspirational, uplifting, or affirmation statements. I want my clients and customers to feel seen, heard, appreciated and acknowledged when interacting with Jade Chardaney in any facet.
My online courses and e-books will follow the structures affordability and client benefit. I will offer products on starting businesses, maintaining businesses, content creation and more.
Starting my business was no easy task, and maintaining it is even harder. It is the freedom and flexibility, control and integrity that keeps me going. In times of hardship, I have to remind myself to get back to the basics. Why did I start? What purpose does this serve? Who benefits from this? What lifestyle do I desire for myself? With these questions, I am able to recoup, recenter, and proceed with conviction and confidence to press through.
I have learned to push myself to meet my dealings, but in a realistic manner. I can not conquer everything in one day, nor can I conquer it all by myself. I am still learning delegation and how to accept help. It will be detrimental for the growth and expansion of your business as it grows.
I am not interested in the fame or popularity that comes along with success. I want results. I want to touch lives, to show people God works through people, to create an empire of selfless giving, care and love as well as create generational wealth for my family.
