Hi Jasmine, what are you inspired by?
Inspiration is something that makes someone want to do something or that gives someone an idea about what to do or create. There is so much inspiration in this world and I think it’s crucial you know what inspires you. When designing websites and building marketing plans I draw my inspiration from my clientele. Understanding the assignment allows me to process the true inspiration muse. Often I am inspired by the business owner’s vision, background, mission, and/or personality. This then allows me to pull design elements that add to the purpose of my services as a standout factor.

What should our readers know about your business?
The internet is a vast place, and it can be hard to stick out from the crowd. Our goal at JRMD.co is to create designs that are attractive and help your business grow. In today’s visual world, you need to make sure you communicate with branding and purpose with a call to action.

I am Jasmine Rivera, a High-Heel Wearing, Web Designing, Brand Building, Social Media Developing, Melanin woman. Having built and managed brands from the ground up, worn every hat on the rack, and leaped tall expectations in a single bound, I am proud to have contributed to the mass influx of business Entrepreneurs. Statistics show according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, there are 31 million entrepreneurs in the U.S.

It all began with many baby steps to getting where I am now. Having started in 2016 and now in 2022 I now appreciate the struggle of doing everything myself, which has prepared me to manage my team. Starting out I did all the consultations between classes, zoom meetings most recently, and project scopes while working a full-time job. I have had many challenges along the way, one of my biggest challenges was turnover time for a website design. Now we offer a service unlike no other, you can opt into an express website design that is completed within 3 hours. I have learned that time is money and money provides opportunities.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Living in Miami, FL is where all m friends from NYC vacation. Landing at 6:00 p.m. while being jet lagged never dentures my friends from catching a vibe. There is something about women in their 30s that expects an ambiance that contains all of these variables at once. For the first ‘jet lagged’ night, Friday: A Stylish Supper at Papi Stakes. Saturday: Lapis, The Spa at Fontainebleau, Shopping at Brickel Town Center, Elevate the night with dinner by finishing your first full day & night with a glamorous experience at Mila -A MediterrAsian style restaurant. Sunday: Sleep in, and then enjoy the Mondrian pool until around 6:00 p.m. Start at Sugar, which sits atop the EAST, Miami Hotel. Keep the night going by slipping behind a hidden door that leads to the Tea Room, a Hong Kong-inspired cocktail lounge with gorgeous views. The end.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It is so cliche to say but it stems from the very beginning of life. The love, support, and hard work from my father who provided shelter, and education, and nurtured me are why he is the most commendable person & who I choose to shoutout. Growing up my father made clear the intent of having ambition, which can be defined as being eager or hungry to aspire and accomplish something. It is truly one thing I can’t get enough of. At a young age understanding and seeing my father full of ambition got me excited and inspired me daily. Especially as I have achieved a lot and continue to push for more out of choice. For me, the utmost credit and recognition are due to him.
