We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaydon Rodriguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaydon, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I launched my own business inspired by my passion for soccer, which was fueled by my extensive experience playing at a highly competitive level during my youth. Having committed to a Division One school in North Carolina, I recognized my love for the sport and the importance of sharing my expertise and knowledge with aspiring players looking to reach the highest level.

What should our readers know about your business?
In my final year of competitive soccer, I discovered my gift for teaching and inspiring others to reach their potential. As a natural entrepreneur, starting my own coaching business was a logical next step. Though I faced challenges in earning parents’ trust as a young coach, I demonstrated my deep understanding of the sport and my ability to connect with young players, making training sessions enjoyable and effective. As a young man in the industry, I recognize that I must put in extra effort to establish myself, but I am determined to reach my fullest potential and make a positive impact on the lives of my students. I am a hardworking and passionate individual who takes great pride in helping others succeed.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh, there are so many amazing places to show my friend in Miami! I can’t wait to introduce him to South Pointe Beach, where he can experience the sun and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. We’ll also have to check out Brickell City Center and Aventura Mall, where we can shop until we drop and find some awesome new clothes. And of course, we can’t forget about Miracle Mile, with its charming boutiques and fabulous restaurants like Pura Vida. We would also have to check out Yardbird Southern Table and Bar and Casa Tua. But the highlight of our trip will definitely be visiting the new gym in downtown Miami, Boxr, where we can try out their incredible MMA programs and hit the weights for an intense workout. I can’t wait to show my friend all the amazing things Miami has to offer!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am filled with gratitude for the unwavering support and guidance that my mother has given me throughout my life. Her resilience and determination have been a constant source of inspiration for me, especially during challenging times. She has instilled in me the value of hard work and perseverance, even when the going gets tough. Her unwavering faith in God has helped me to stay grounded and focused on my goals, both on and off the field. I owe a great deal of my success to her, and I am deeply appreciative of all that she has done for me.
