Hi Jeffrey, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
I have plenty of affirmations that I stand behind. Being a top listing agent, its important to feed great positive things into your mind. Its great to keep reminding yourself of the future & present and not the past. My daily affirmations is “Iam a luxury agent.” “I am the listing machine.” “Iam debt free.” “I earn 1 million dollars or more a year.” Especially when I get down and need a little bit more energy, I say these words to myself to keep pushing. Keep going forward. Identify what pushes you and turn that into an affirmation. Repeat it daily! Say it daily!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a 15 year Real Estate Professional, I am proud to say i’ve truly found my passion. I wont say real estate is easy but if you’re consistent, set a powerful schedule and be personal, you should do great! Overcoming challenges is built into every business. Take your business serious like a business and others will too.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Fort Lauderdale. For anyone visiting South Florida, you must make a stop to Las Olas. Some of my favorite restaurants are if you’re looking for Mexican and great drinks. Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar. Must try their flavored margaritas. Looking for fine dining, you have to check out the seafood spot called Eddie V’s and I love relaxing on the rooftop Pier 6. Great view of the city & a great place of relaxation. Las Olas also schools Broward College, NSU and host the NSU Art Museum. Yacht featured homes will blow your mind away.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to thank my former company – The Keyes Company. I would like to acknowledge the black Realtors organization. Which is the oldest minority organization out there – NAREB. Glad to have served as the past president for the state of Florida. I would like to thank Grant & Elena Cardone of the 10x Real Estate Family. I would like to thank my Exp Family especially Claudienne Hibbert Smith. Miami Realtors and Miami YPN has been a great benefit to my growth. And lastly, my friends, family, and mother. As a single mother household, I witnessed my mother work 2-3 jobs per day to put food on the table, allow me to attend the best schools, and always had the best style of dress.
