Hi Jeffrey, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I love risk! I knew from an early age that I would be the one to commit first and figure it out later. Bet on YOURSELF, always! I honestly think anyone that is a true procrastinator in their young ages, is someone that has great confidence in themselves and the results of their products. As a student who waited the last minute to complete things, I always loved the pressure and waiting for the results. Some say your best work is done when you do it rushed! Risk takers are people that can see the light at the tunnel. As this particular person, I never believed in NO and I always knew my dreams would be a reality. Hence, for our slogan – Making Dreams A Reality.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a real estate professional in south Florida that truly focuses on our clients goals and turn those dreams into reality. We pride ourselves on providing a custom approach and style to each individual person. We understand that no buyer or seller is the same, and no transaction is the same. Throughout my duration as a Realtor, I am proud about how quickly i’ve excel but also how i’ve been able to impact the community. Through the service on the streets, that my real estate dollars has provided me the opportunity to give back, but also, in the industry. Not only as an educator, mentor, and coach, but also, as a community servicer through all the organization i’ve been able to be apart of and assist throughout my time. People ask me all the time, what led to my success? it is truly a drive of not failing; but even better; the drive of the first company and team I was working with when I joined the real estate industry, that let me down so much. I had no choice but to propel and prove them wrong! We have to know who is for us and what is not of us. Those negatives, we must work each and every day to turn into positives. IF you want to know – NO, it will not be easy to be successful! it will not be easy in anything you want to truly do at a 5 star level, but you have to commit! it starts with committing to the job and committing to yourself. If I can share anything with the world that I learned and would change if I can go back would be – know when to say no, hire coaches and mentors and invest your dollars wisely!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Wow! Yes, I truly understand the power of giving grace where it is due! I would like to first and foremost, thank everyone I may miss today and not mention by name. From an early age, I knew my future was truly bright. Even at where I stand today, I am still trying to get to my peak as quickly as possible. I want to thank everyone that educated me throughout the grade school days, I want to thank everyone from my church, that saw a higher calling for me and provided the opportunity to ordain me at an early age. I would like to thank all that assisted me in my real estate career from day one at my previous brokerage – The Keyes Company, but even the trainers, the leaders that helped me moved quickly up the ladder at The Fresh Market. Here at my new company, it is amazing how these people are so much further than me, but still understand where I shine and asked me to coach our team, our new members and our incoming members each and every time.
