We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenna Leigh Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenna Leigh, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my business & success of my brand is having a consistent strategy that is sustainable for me. Which is going to be different per person. But I have found a good grove that I don’t get burnt out from marketing, creating new products, working with clients AND having a normal life as well!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a creative who wears many hats! I am full time actor, but I am also a Social Media Manger that focuses on Arts Based Small Businesses & Nonprofits. But I also own a Theatre & Brand Coaching Business for Actors called Problem Solved by Jenna. I am one of the lucky ones that really always knew what I was going to do with my life. After seeing my first Broadway show, Beauty & the Beast I knew I was going to be an Actor. When the pandemic hit, I lost all of my 5 day jobs & 2 theatre contracts. I moved back home & took my 2 side businesses full time. I haven’t looked back since! I love owning, managing & running my businesses! The hours are long, but I am so proud of how far I’ve come in such a short amount of time!

My biggest takeaway is to just keep showing up as you are & grow as you go!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you were coming to NYC for the week I would take you to (in no particular order)- Governor’s Island, Jacob’s Pickles. Smackery’s, Roosevelt Island, Central Park, Prince Street Pizza & of course to a Broadway show!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have found so much inspiration, education & motivation from social media. Especially after a worldwide pandemic most things went virtual & one of the benefits of that was all the new connections & new friends I made online. It truly is like having a new community supporting you & showering you with love! I also could not run my Theatre & Brand Coaching Business- Problem Solved by Jenna without my 2 employees, Morgan & Morgan!
