We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Price and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Integrity is the value that guides every part of my life and career. For me, it’s about doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my clients place in me. Helping someone with what is often their most important investment is not something I take lightly. I don’t approach my work as selling homes. I see myself as being of service to people. It’s never just about a transaction. It’s about building genuine, lasting relationships.

I often tell my clients, “You’re stuck with me forever,” and I mean that in the best way. From the very first conversation to well beyond the closing, I want them to feel supported, understood, and cared for. We become a team, and alignment in values is key. I’ve learned that not every client is the right fit, and that’s okay. I feel incredibly blessed to have the ability to choose who I work with, and I believe that your vibe truly does attract your tribe.

Coming from a corporate background, I brought with me a strong work ethic and high standards of professionalism. I respond to every email, follow through, and stay fully engaged throughout the process. Reinventing myself in the real estate world pushed me far outside my comfort zone, but I knew I never wanted to be someone who approached this work as purely transactional. I set big goals and stayed committed to my mission, vision, and purpose. That has led to incredible opportunities, including earning a place in the Top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide.

Beyond real estate, I am honored to serve on the board of the World Happiness Foundation and recently co-chaired the World Happiness Festival celebrating Pinecrest as the first City of Happiness. These roles align deeply with my belief that success is not just about achievement. It’s about living in alignment with values, spreading positivity, and being a force for good in the lives of others.

At the heart of it all, I believe in leading by example, embracing a growth mindset, and always being of true service to others. That’s where happiness, alignment, and success come together.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I grew up in the hospitality industry and my family owns a hotel on the coast of Ecuador, where I learned early on the value of genuine relationships and being of service. That foundation, combined with a deep love for people, shaped my professional journey. I served as Director of International Sales at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables and later for America Economía, a leading Latin American business magazine, managing the U.S. and Europe markets.

When my last corporate role ended due to office closures, I saw it as a sign that it was time to build something of my own. Real estate was a natural fit. I’d always been told I had the skills: I speak several languages, know Miami inside and out, and genuinely care about people. I chose Berkshire Hathaway EWM Realty because its values align with mine: integrity, excellence, and leadership. I jumped in with 150% effort, and within a year, I was inducted into the Chairman’s Club.

What sets me apart is my ability to build trust, connect people, and negotiate with heart and precision. My proudest accomplishment is turning challenges into fuel. I’ve learned that fear is just a story we tell ourselves, and that passion, combined with continuous education and the right team, is unstoppable. I want the world to know that I’m here to serve, lead, and help others grow wealth through real estate, all while doing what I love.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I would be beyond excited to show them all the places that make Miami feel like home to me. These are the special corners filled with joy, charm, and beauty.

We’d start our mornings with breakfast at Pura Vida in Sunset Harbour, my happy place. The atmosphere is light and fresh, the food is healthy and delicious, and there’s just something magical about starting your day with a smoothie bowl by the water.

We’d definitely spend an afternoon at Narbona in Coconut Grove. It has this lovely, welcoming vibe that feels like a little escape. The food is always consistent and comforting. Whether we go for lunch or just to sip wine and share a charcuterie board, it never disappoints.

For shopping and a bit of luxury, I’d take them to Merrick Park, my favorite spot to shop. It’s elegant and peaceful, with beautiful landscaping, great stores, and charming cafés. It’s perfect for an afternoon stroll and a little retail therapy.
We would absolutely visit Pinecrest Gardens, one of the most special and serene places in the city. It’s a hidden gem filled with lush greenery, art installations, and a peaceful ambiance that makes you feel deeply connected to nature.
No trip would be complete without exploring Downtown Coral Gables and The Plaza. There’s a European charm to it with tree-lined streets, boutique shops, and vibrant restaurants. It’s where culture and community come together in the best way.

On Sunday, we’d do brunch at The Biltmore Hotel, an absolute must. It’s legendary for a reason. The food is exquisite, the setting is grand, and there’s something timeless about sitting under the soaring arches and soaking in that old-world elegance.

For a dose of natural beauty, I’d take them for a sunset walk at Matheson Hammock Park. Watching the sun over Biscayne Bay, surrounded by swaying palms, is pure Miami magic.

We’d cap off the adventure with a scenic drive through Brickell, feeling the energy of the city, and then head over the bridge to Key Biscayne. The views are breathtaking and the ride itself feels like a movie scene.

Miami is so much more than just beaches. It’s full of soul, flavor, and hidden treasures. I’d make sure my best friend felt every bit of that magic.
