Meet Jenny

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenny and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jenny, every day, we know how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Good Food is in my DNA! I literally grew up in my grandmother’s kitchen. From a young age, I knew that the foods I ate affected how I felt. I had a very high-stress childhood, even traumatic at times. I suffered for years with severe headaches, gut issues, and skin rashes. As a teen, I was diagnosed with IBS, as a young adult, Hashimoto’s (an autoimmune Thyroid disease). I was working a 9-5 in a corporate office with little concern for what and how I was eating. I just knew how bad I was feeling. When I finally sought holistic therapies to heal my body naturally, I recognized that I had lost that healthy relationship with food, that I once had. I devoured the information on gut health, the connection to thyroid issues, and the nervous system impacting it all! Once I had my AHA! moment, and started rebuilding my relationship with food, I saw my symptoms disappear. I saw my body healing itself as it was designed to do! I realized that so many young women were dealing with the same issues I was and as a new mom at the time, I knew I could help others just like me.
I initially started working with new mothers and young women like myself at the time, and then through my work with Dr. Cali Estes and Sober on Demand, I now also work with individuals recovering from addiction. Nutrition deficiencies are so great when a person is in active addiction and often still overlooked in their recovery program. I work with them to re-build their relationship with food and help heal their body of all that is lacking through their substance use.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career has been a journey shaped by passion, purpose, and a deep desire to help others transform their lives. What truly sets me apart is the heart and intention behind everything I do. I didn’t just choose this path—I was called to it, through my passion for guiding people to healthier, more empowered lives, especially through healing their relationship with food.
I got to where I am today professionally because of that passion. It’s what drives me every single day—to help others break free from limiting beliefs, rewrite their inner narratives, and cultivate a lifestyle that supports both physical and emotional well-being. I believe that how we nourish ourselves goes far beyond the plate—it’s a reflection of how we show up for ourselves in every area of life.
I’m most excited about the impact I get to make in my clients’ lives. Watching them reclaim their power, make healthier choices, and grow in confidence is incredibly fulfilling. That’s the real win for me—knowing the work we do together leads to lasting change.
One of the milestones I’m especially proud of right now is writing my first book, The Life Coach Method Workbook. It’s a powerful companion to the course I co-created with Dr. Cali Estes. Together, we designed this program not only for aspiring coaches, but also for individuals who are feeling stuck in life and are ready to move forward with purpose. Whether someone wants to become a successful coach or simply step into a more empowered version of themselves, this course and workbook provide the tools, structure, and mindset shifts to make that possible.
Of course, the journey hasn’t always been easy. There were times of doubt, detours, and challenges that tested my resilience. But I never lost sight of why I started. I leaned into growth, stayed curious, and reminded myself often that the hard moments are usually the most meaningful ones in the long run.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned? Trust yourself. Stay connected to your “why.” And remember that transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress and showing up consistently for yourself and others.
What I want the world to know about me is this: I’m here to make a difference. Through coaching, writing, and education, I help people tap into their potential and build a life that truly nourishes them—mind, body, and soul. If my journey can inspire someone else to begin theirs, then I know I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
So my faves of the area are naturally going to be family-friendly, but you will still have an amazing time with everything the city has to offer!
For food, we always grab a meal at the Big Pink because the menu is huge! Everyone can find something they love and the diner vibe is always fun. We love Lido Bayside for a fresh lunch enjoying the water views. My dinner spot would be at Cecconi’s at the Soho Beach House, which is always a delight. The garden setting is so pretty and relaxing. My not-so-guilty breakfast pleasure is Under The Mango Tree for my favorite acai bowls and smoothies.
We can pack a lot of fun in a short time! A few of my favorites are Lincoln Road to stroll the shops, art, entertainment and the occasional sweet treat. I love checking out the art at Wynwood Walls. We will have a picnic day at Oleta State Park and go kayaking or a boat trip on Biscayne Bay for dolphins! We love a relaxing day too, and may just walk Brickell City Centre to check out shops, grab a coffee or even see a movie. And of course, plenty of beach time!
