Hi Jessic, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
the truth all started as a hobby a way to drain with the world and understand that I was not alone that maybe there were more people out there going through the same thing as me, I liked the connection with people and helping others from my experience is a Of the things that I love doing the most, I feel that inspiring and impacting people in a positive way is wonderful.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
A little over 4 years ago, I decided to make a change in my life for many reasons; the first, my daughter. I wanted to be an example for her.
Although the vegan life had always attracted my attention, the truth is, the changes scared me because I was not a person who loves cooking, in fact, I hated it. Yes, yes, that’s right, I never liked anything related to cooking, but in order to make this change I needed to learn, in order to survive.
I have always liked eating healthy, but it is a resounding change, totally different from what I was culturally used to. In addition, I knew very well that I needed to make decisions based on information before starting, so I took on the task of researching, studying every detail, for a year.I made the decision not only for my daughter, to be her example, but also for the care of the world, the animals. There are so many benefits that you have with an ecofriendly lifestyle …

After this time I investigated and I was experiencing this fascinating world that I like more every day, I wonder why I did not start earlier? But the important thing is now, so that is why I decided to share everything about my learning experience in this wonderful world, where obviously nothing is easy, everything has its sacrifice but seeing all the benefits we can bring I feel that it is worth it that is why I decided to create my e book where I show you how to start tips and much more, called I want to help you planet and through my story motivate and inspire others, not imposing anything simply giving my example and if you want to join welcome on this path full of magic, conscious life and above all a lot of love.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
where I live I have the great opportunity to visit the sea whenever I want a few miles away, my favorite beach is those of Naples I feel that the sea is a perfect place to disconnect and at the same time connect with nature, recharge batteries and appreciate how wonderful what is living, I like the simple, simple and natural, living the present, the now, a picnic with healthy food, full of nutrients, lots of water, looking at the sea and talking about life with your favorite people for me is the most rich that I can experience.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have always said that my greatest inspiration is God, he is the one who gives me strength and wisdom every day, then my daughter was a magical source to start all this, my main objective is to show her that you can live a conscious life, respecting each one of the living beings that are here in this world with love always. Love is the signal for everything and from love everything goes well. yes obviously There are also many books and documentaries that inspire me a lot, here are some
