We had the good fortune of connecting with Jimena Cabrera and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jimena, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started my business while still in Argentina, but my heart was set on making it to Florida. My husband wasn’t fully convinced at first, so I took on the challenge alone. I faced countless obstacles—one of the first being a lawyer who almost derailed my entire project, forcing me to find new legal support.
I had no choice but to build connections from scratch. From Argentina, I networked relentlessly through Zoom and traveled back and forth to Florida to attend masterminds, courses, and in-person meetups.
The journey wasn’t easy—I didn’t have enough funds, no credit to lean on. Everything I earned went right back into the business. But that’s where resilience and discipline comes in—when you believe in your vision, you find a way.
This process was not only a professional growth, but also personal!
What should our readers know about your business?
I show people in Latin America how to achieve double-digit returns, backed with real estate. For me, investing isn’t just an option—it’s essential. That’s why I’m driven to help as many people as possible start earning additional income.
I also partnered to help people going through foreclosure here in the States, depending on their particular situation we offer different approaches so they can keep their homes if that’s what they want.
I focus primarily on Latin America because, as a native Spanish speaker, I can guide those who might not speak English through the entire process. I want them to feel empowered, understand my investment model, and be confident in working with me.
Starting my business from Argentina wasn’t easy, but I was determined. My mindset became my greatest tool—I worked on it constantly and still do every single day. Now, my vision has expanded. I’m not only setting bigger goals for myself and my family, but I’m also dedicated to helping others and giving back.
At the heart of my brand is the belief in fostering trust, growing together, and building relationships that last.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Driving through the Florida Keys to Key West is a breathtaking journey filled with sun-soaked views and sparkling waters on both sides of the highway. Along the way, you’ll discover charming seaside fish restaurants, each offering fresh, locally-caught seafood and a laid-back island vibe. Whether you’re stopping at a small dockside eatery or a hidden gem with a perfect ocean view, the mix of delicious food and coastal scenery makes every stop a memorable part of the trip
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are many books and people that deeply influenced my journey. “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind” by T. Harv Eker and “Think and Grow Rich” have been life-changing books, shaping my mindset and drive. I’m also incredibly grateful to mentors like Robert Ferra, Pace Morby, and Amy Mahoory, whose insights and guidance have been invaluable. And, of course, none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of my family and friends who have believed in me every step of the way.
