We had the good fortune of connecting with Jimmy Joseph Moise and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jimmy Joseph, why did you pursue a creative career?
First of all is the passion for the arts in general, what ever the art medium is, from painters to dancers, to musicians, poets, and the fashion designers. I like to push a talent further when I see one, create showcase opportunities for the talented one to express their craft and creativity, by doing so, its passing on that know how knowledge to other young ones to become talented and successful in their crafts.

Always happy to served as a middle intermediate person. It serves my purposes, which is the satisfaction of participating in ones successful career, to know at one point in life…you also was a part of that person success in the industry, it’s really a very proud feeling.

Certainly if look deeper I can find other reasons that brought me some joy in pursuing an artistic path and involvement in the arts industry. Such as my mind creativity of assembling an artistic project in the form of a the production of an art showcase (line up) of so many artistic talents in one presentation greatly appreciated by the general audience whether through a live presentation or virtually

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My work started over 20 + years ago when I just moved to Miami from Haiti with my wife and 2 sons young at the time. As a green card holder at the time, I had all my family enter here in the US as green card holders and legal residents status with ork permit included. My wife and I have immediately started working and we sent both of our sons to school near by.. These were the good times at best… short lives when started facing the real ropes of a living in America living the US lives until we soon find out it’s no jokes. Among our first set back was our oldest and first son drop out of college while he got pregnant a girl off campus we know nothing about. That cause the complete drop off from college, Not too long after we faced for closure for lack of understanding the real estate market process post after buying in our way to the so called American dream. But we struggle and strive through it all by putting long hours of work to established our business Le P’ti Club…. Incorporated since 2007 and a Miramar registered vendor until present time doing business with the city of Miramar officials and with community, private entities within and outside the city.

Hopefully, we’ll continue on our mission of been a representative voice for the upcoming community of young talents yet to be recognized for their crafts because either from lack of exposure or been completely unawared of possibilities out there. We want the world to know these talented artists, so we’ll continue to be their voices. Our brand, Le P’ti Club remains being a people initiative hub for talented creativity on the art field, wether your art genre

We welcome all, we constitute ourselves as a small tent with large vision and ideas that we developed in a commun close collaboration with our so many other partners in the Haitian, Caribbean art scene in SoFlo

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
By being a little bit bias on the food choice, I’ll take them to Jaydine Restaurant in Hollywood because, first it’s my personal hub, I mean by that. This restaurant I adopted 7 years ago as a business partner for some of cultural arts functions, entertainment and Haitien cuisine pushing out to the out to the world our beloved spicy Haitian dish. You can understand that I hope and with great local talented cultural arts top entertainment. That’s the bias in me…

But fortunately the choice of entertainment is much wider then that. Not only with the choice which type of entertainment, which level, etc… but also the Formula 1 racing is my preferred among a possible family local young team soccer matches. To finally ending the weekend with a city of Miramar musical live concert

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
