Hi John, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
I believe that being honest and doing things correctly are very important. I believe that we get deceived into caring about financial gain over building long lasting relationships and providing a quality job done with hard work.
What should our readers know about your business?
We are a restoration company specializing in water, mold and fire restoration. What sets us apart is our attention to detail, being good listeners and providing excellent customer satisfaction. I would like them to know that me and my partner, (my son Daniel Duran), are honest and hard working property restorers
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take him to eat breakfast at Cafe Demetrio in Coral Gables. I would take him to lunch at Hillstones.
Also, I would take him on a drive to Key Largo to eat dinner at the Fish House.
He would get a tour of the beaches, drink a milkshake at Robert is Here Fruit Stand and drink some coffee at Sergios.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The credit belongs to my Lord Jesus Christ, my family and my business partner and son, Daniel Duran.
