We had the good fortune of connecting with Jose Alfonso Torres and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jose Alfonso, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
As growing up in Mexico City I started working at a young age at a Pizzeria and that helped me a lot in my development as a youngster and taught me earlier in life how to handle Finances and these senses of Accounting, tie numbers and transactions at a very detailed level.

The decision to start a business is a desire for autonomy and passion for the field !

Motivated by the freedom to set my own hours, be Independent and work with different Clients of different Industries each one on their own Industry but helping them with their Finances / Accounting and Bookkeeping needs and or Tasks in particular. It’s always a great way to connect, to open the doors on different environments not only professionally but also at the personal level.

What should our readers know about your business?
We’re an Accounting / Bookkeeping Firm that helps Business, Freelancers and Individuals with their daily Accounting and Bookkeeping needs. Keeping these records Daily it’s Very Important in order to have a Healthy and Clear Financial Health.

Many companies and or organizations just need help in some Tasks during the month and or with an specific Task in particular then Accountability Solutions, LLC., it’s here to help with that, Outsourcing it’s an option and it’s cheaper that having a Full timer and just as a Reminder, Outsourcing it’s a way of getting Tasks done Quicker and Simpler, Accountability Solutions, LLC., it’s the Option.

Out of all these years in the Industry, I’ve seen many Individuals such as CPA’s, big Accounting and Finance guys that they do Not have the Detail part when it comes to doing a job so that will be something that probably looks minor but it’s a Big input and that set us apart from others, Totally.

I’m a very detail when it comes to getting the job done and or providing results to Customers, it’s something on my Nature and organization it’s a Key and I’ve that and Accountability Solutions, LLC., sets apart from others.

Everyday we’re so excited for the new challenges in what the Customers are facing and needing help with and that is something that keeps us motivated and ready for what’s next.

This Idea of being Solo / Entrepreneur / Independent / My Own Boss was not easy but it was on my Must to do List and here we are. After many years working for others, experiencing challenges and situations, making others happy, fulfilling their dreams and yes Not exactly liking someone called the Boss, which is just a Title but Not many know how to get things done, and or others, and at the same time gaining experience and knowledge for my own, which by the way you learn More on the field, so things turn in favor at some point and here we are, 3 years after and going strong everyday.

Everyday it’s a new lesson, very important to listed and understand what the client needs and just to mention a few, what are their needs in order to accomplished a job, what or where they are having a problem, in what areas they need to improve, so focus and understanding a must in order to get the job done and help to accomplished their goals. That it’s an everyday lesson, it gives us more knowledge and pushes us to be better at all levels.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Since I’m in lovely Miami, there are absolutely Many things to do and visit around here but to start things off, a good and tasty breakfast and a sip of Cuban native cuisine, Versailles and La Carreta Restaurants are a must !

Having a drink and cocktails at Mango’s and at The Clevelander, iconic spots on Ocean Drive also tasting the great flavors at the Versace Mansion restaurant and definitely capturing moments all over South Beach with great pictures. Also visiting Brickell City Center in Downtown Miami for a great shopping experience, a newly and modern Downtown Miami, for the most part, definitely Downtown Miami it’s not what it was before.

Visiting and walking the beaches of South Florida, Ocean Drive is a classic and historical beach in South Florida, something that everyone must do when visiting Miami.

Hanging out at what the city offers of many parks, such as Tropical Park, a well known venue for different sports and outdoors activities is also a great place for family and friends picnics.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My Wife, our Two Kids and the whole Family, Totally ! and my Dad, a Mayor Mentor in how to approach All situations ! he’s been blessing me from heaven since three years ago that he’s not here with us.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with different Companies and Organizations as well as Individuals that have helped me in different ways on my development as Entrepreneur so a Shoutout to all those Organizations and Individuals for the help and the contribution, they have added more wood to the Fire !
