We had the good fortune of connecting with Jose Rodriguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jose, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I have been working in the hospitality & entertainment industry for over 25 years. A few years ago, I decided to open my own company and I also started several partnerships with other businesses in the field. I’ve been very fortunate, but I also worked very hard to get where I am today. I am a very passionate person, and I’m always looking for new opportunities.

Currently, we have a group of investors with more than 8 successful restaurants and we continue to grow. Our mission is to provide quality service with integrity and professionalism while creating memorable experiences for our clients. We want them to enjoy the food, but also the atmosphere and service. Most importantly, we want them to come back again and again because they know they will receive the same excellent level of service every time.

Our success has been built on the foundation of hard work, dedication, and passion. We’ve learned that to be successful in any industry it takes more than just a good idea. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to build something from nothing—and that’s what we’ve done at each restaurant we’ve opened.

What should our readers know about your business?
Hospitality is the business of providing people with “experiences.” As a company, we have the vision and passion to create a world-class hospitality experience. We are continuously working on new ways to improve our business while keeping our customers at the forefront of everything we do. Our philosophy is simple: to provide exceptional service and superior quality products that exceed expectations every time.

Our businesses are focused on two main pillars: attention to detail and excellent customer service. We are a team of people who love our work, and we are committed to making a difference in the hospitality industry. We believe that customer satisfaction is the key to success and it’s our mission to make every guest feel like royalty

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife and daughters are the most important thing in my life. They provide me with support for my biggest achievements and motivate me to be better every day.
