Meet Josh Daniel | Owner / Operator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Josh Daniel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Josh, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was almost a necessity. I found myself in between jobs, knowing I needed to provide for my family but wanting to have the flexible hours and no one telling me what to do was probably my main reasons. Well, I realized very quickly that when you work for someone, you have usually one boss. When you’re on your own business, every single one of your clients is your boss.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is where it is today because of so many things. I have to give credit to my employees past, present, and future because I truly can not do it all myself as much as I think I can. The relationships we have made with other companies in order to service the entire state and locations all over the nation. We are were we are today because of one of my faults. I never say no, that has made for longer hours, later nights, but it has gained relationships with long term long lasting clients. Our customer service and our inability to say no sets us apart. Additionally, our determination and dedication to our product, one in which is not normally known for having customer service also sets us apart.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
That’s a though question, most people who live somewhere don’t frequent the places that visitors would go. My personal go to is about 10 miles out in the middle of the ocean on a flat day with a slight breeze and a flat ocean fishing a weed line that’s a mile no and amberjacks are all a sudden extinct. Great places around me to eat if you like seafood is Red Crab, Steak my personal favorite is probably going to be Bimini twist or Ruth Chris, further north into Jupiter there are several great places to eat and drink. Along the water 1000 North never disappoints. But honestly, cooking a pig on Christmas Eve is a family tradition of ours and is probably my favorite “eating and drinking” situation. Sandbars are great for hanging out. Plenty of trail riding to do out west, it all depends on your visit but there is plenty to do for everyone. My kids love escape rooms.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife (Victoria) and my kids (Jacob and Abigail). When the 4am starts and the not getting home till 4am make you wonder why you do this. They are my reason. Where other business owners sit behind their desk, I get out there and get dirty with my guys when it’s needed and it’s all for them. For their future, to make their life easier and more enjoyable.
