Meet Khadija Williams-Frazier | Transformational Health & Wellness Strategist (Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher)

We had the good fortune of connecting with Khadija Williams-Frazier and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Khadija, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
The value or principle that matters the most to me is “speaking my truth”. When I speak my truth, it makes life and living it easier and more fulfilling.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Khadija is the CEO and founder of Khadija’s Wholistic Fitness, LLC, where she transforms lives through fitness, nutrition, and introspection.
My name is Khadija Williams-Frazier and I am a Transformational Health Strategist, Certified Personal
Trainer, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher who believes in nurturing the whole person through their
mind, body, and soul. I understand that the body has an innate ability to heal itself
when given the proper tools. These tools include, but are not limited to, exercise,
meditation, nutrition, rest, and healthy social interaction. My holistic approach sets me apart from others. The mind, body, and soul cannot be healed without understanding the needs of the individual.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am an outdoors person, so anything that I do and consider to be fun will almost always have to do with being outdoors.
Itinerary
Beach (rest, relaxation, and reflection)
Park (outdoor workout)
Farmer’s Market
I would take my best friend anywhere that serves vegan/vegetarian “comfort” food.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give a shoutout to my mother who gave birth to me and who poured her life into my entire existence. I would also like to thank my family and friends for their commitment to my growth and evolution. As far as books are concerned, I would like to thank Cicely Tyson for writing her autobiography, Just As I Am. Ms. Tyson’s story furthermore solidifies that I am on the right path and encourages me to Namaste in My Lane.
