Hi Kilenny, why did you pursue a creative career?
From a young age, I was drawn to fashion, beauty, and the way personal style can tell a story. Pursuing a creative career felt natural because it allowed me to express myself visually and connect with others on a deeper level. As I started building my presence online, I realized how much I love curating content that not only reflects my personal aesthetic but also inspires and empowers others. Whether I’m sharing beauty tips, styling looks, or collaborating with brands, my goal is always to create something authentic, beautiful, and meaningful. This career lets me blend my passion for creativity with a platform that encourages confidence and self-expression.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art lives in the way I express beauty, fashion, and lifestyle through storytelling. What sets me apart is the blend of my cultural background, personal style, and intentionality—I don’t just post content, I share moments that connect, empower, and reflect authenticity. I’m proud of building a platform that celebrates individuality and helps others feel confident in their skin.

Getting to where I am today definitely wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, comparison, and burnout—but I stayed grounded in my “why.” I reminded myself that showing up consistently, being true to my voice, and growing at my own pace was more important than chasing trends. I also learned to treat myself like a brand—valuing my time, energy, and creativity, and knowing when to say yes or no to opportunities.

The lesson I keep close is: your uniqueness is your superpower. You don’t have to fit into a mold to be successful. And I want the world to know that my brand is about more than surface beauty—it’s about the confidence that comes from owning who you are, and the power of using your voice to inspire others

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d show them the perfect mix of Miami’s energy, culture, and style. We’d start with beach mornings at South Pointe, grab fresh bites from places like Pura Vida or The Salty, and spend afternoons exploring Wynwood or the Design District for art and fashion inspo. Nights would be all about vibey dinners—think Komodo, Mandolin, or Swan—followed by rooftop drinks or live music in Little Havana. I’d also make sure we hit a spa day at The Standard and maybe rent a boat for those dreamy Biscayne Bay views. Miami has this effortless blend of fun, luxury, and culture—I’d want them to feel it all.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely—I’d love to dedicate a shoutout to my family, especially my mom. She’s been my biggest supporter since day one and has always encouraged me to express myself freely and pursue what lights me up. I also want to recognize the incredible community of women—creators, followers, and friends—who’ve supported me along the way. Seeing their encouragement and creativity pushes me to keep evolving and showing up authentically. Lastly, I’m grateful to the brands and teams who’ve believed in my vision and given me opportunities to grow. It really does take a village, and I’m lucky to have one.
