Meet Kingg Kong | Ceo & Executive Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kingg Kong and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kingg, how do you think about risk?
Risk taking is not for everyone who isn’t ready mentally, it is a fine line between success and complete failure. What I mean by that is if there’s something you would love to do and you become stagnant I consider that as a huge failure, success comes when you take a leap of faith and pursue your dreams and leave your job. Most of my life I’ve always been known for being someone who was willing to take a risk at anything. Throughout it all I’ve became knowledgeable about life by going through trails and tribulations, it turned me into a champion. Life is too short to stay at a standstill, you should be willing to risk sacrifice anything for a better future for you and the ones you care for.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a record label name Kinggkong Records, I started it because of the love I have for music and wanted to be someone who help artist build their legacy in the music industry. For years I’ve watched Dj Khalid create nothing but amazing music by bringing all type of artist together, so I woke up one day and knew I can do the same so here I am. I can say they are many challenges but the music industry is like everything you deals with in life so it’s never a bother to me. I’ve learned how not to be so nice to people because many will take advantage of you without no remorse and at the end I want people to know that I’ve built myself up and worked for resources so I can help with being part of an amazing industry.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of the best places I would take someone to eat is at a restaurant called Pearl of the Island located in Hollywood florida. It is the best Haitian restaurant in Florida, there is no other place to be if you are looking for luxury dining. Here in Miami we love to get on yachts and enjoy the water by riding on jet skis, sky diving. There is a restaurant called Playa located in Miami Beach the food is amazing and the scenery inside is to die for. There is a club called Mr. Jones you will have the time of your life, it’s an experience I promise you that will have you addicted in coming back.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
When it comes to my music career I would like to give a special shout-out to my Producer Dj Da Don he is my number one supporter. I also have a few friends and family who posted everything I was doing on their socials media, without me asking them to do so. Most importantly God has been with me through it all, even when I wanted to give up due to the fact there’s so many people who doesn’t have your best interest in the industry. I would like to to end by saying thank you to Dj Khaled for saying this and I will quote his exact words, you either win with us or you watch us win. I feel like my record label Kinggkong Records will be the next huge independent record label what will make a huge mark in the game.
