We had the good fortune of connecting with Krisztian Pivarnyik and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Krisztian, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I moved to the United States from Europe with the specific goal of becoming an attorney in this country. After going through the complicated avenues of American immigration myself, tainted with false information by deceiving and careless “professionals”, I discovered in law school that my calling is immigration law. I knew that America is the country of risk-taking, and that determination coupled with opportunity will allow you to grow here. Fresh out of law school, I started my own law practice. I had no intention for working for someone else, I wanted to grow my own business. Certainly, the stakes and the pressure are much higher than they would be if I would be an associate somewhere, but within a year I reached a level I had no idea I could: I helped approximately 35 families with their immigration to America, from dozens of countries ranging from Mexico, Hungary, Germany and multiple others. There was no senior associate having my back, there was no legal form library built by paralegals, and there was no one to ask help for ; I worked hard to built my reputation and to tackle challenging immigration issues and as of yet I maintain a 100% approval rate.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

As an immigrant in America himself, Mr. Pivarnyik understands how much is at stake in each person’s immigration journey and he takes on each case with the same dedication as he prepared his own green card petition.
The biggest joy in my practice is the phone call I make almost every week to a client informing the client and their family that their petition was approved. From personal experience I know what this feelings means for tens of thousands of families in America, who left everything behind that they once knew, in the hopes of a better future in the US.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami a special gem in America. It offers so much culinary, cultural and entertainment opportunity. Sushi Garage and Novikov for eating out.
South Point Park and Sunny Isles for beach days.
Wynwood for night-out all the way.
Miami also always offers tons of cultural exhibits that worth checking out. For instance, the Banksy exhibit was fascinating along with the Van Gogh exhibit.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife, who believed in me and stood right next to me in the past few years, even if that meant that we were separated by the Atlantic Ocean, while I was pursuing my law degree. My parents, who supported me in getting my education in America and who I could always turn to, when initial loneliness and challenges seemed to overtake me as a new immigrant, alone in America.
