Hi Lana, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is unwavering commitment to my clients. Over the past 25 years, I have built my reputation on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and exceptional market knowledge. I treat each client as though they were family, ensuring that they feel comfortable and supported from the beginning of their journey to the final closing. My tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to providing an exceptional level of service have earned me the trust and loyalty of Miami elite, luxury real estate clientele. This personal and fair approach, combined with creativity and hard work, is what truly sets my brand apart.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’ve always been drawn to sales, even before diving into real estate. It just felt like the perfect fit for me. Recently, I’m proud to have earned my firm’s Pinnacle Award for the second year straight, ranking among the top 3% of agents.

With nearly three decades of experience in Miami’s real estate scene, I’ve seen this city blossom into the vibrant metropolis it is today. Specializing in luxury condos and homes, I strive to provide a seamless, five-star experience for my clients. My focus is now on higher-end properties, allowing me to dedicate more time to each client. I’m big on communication, ensuring my clients feel supported every step of the way.

The past year presented challenges, but I stayed connected with my network, embraced digital marketing, and kept a positive outlook. Through hard work and dedication, I’ve tripled my productivity. I’m grateful for my team, whose support has been invaluable.

Outside of work, I’m involved with organizations like the Heart Gallery of Broward County, supporting foster children. When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, spending time with family, and enjoying the South Florida lifestyle.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
For a luxurious experience in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach area, I’d craft an itinerary filled with opulent dining, lavish shopping, and exclusive beachside relaxation.

Day 1: We’d start our day with a decadent brunch at one of the acclaimed restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach, perhaps overlooking the ocean. Afterward, we’d indulge in a pampering spa session at one of the area’s top resorts, followed by a leisurely stroll along the pristine shoreline.

Day 2-6: Each day, we’d alternate between lounging by the pool at one of the exclusive beachfront properties, enjoying personalized service and stunning views, and exploring the upscale boutiques and designer shops in the nearby Bal Harbour Shops. For lunch and dinner, we’d dine at renowned restaurants like Carbone, Milos, and other culinary gems offering exquisite cuisine and waterfront vistas.

Day 7: We’d embark on a luxury yacht excursion, chartering a private vessel to explore the azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. We’d sip champagne and soak up the sun as we cruise along the coastline, perhaps stopping at secluded coves for snorkeling or simply basking in the tranquility of the open sea. In the evening, we’d conclude our trip with a sumptuous farewell dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, toasting to unforgettable memories made in Miami’s most luxurious enclave.
