We had the good fortune of connecting with Lee’Ann Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lee’Ann, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
There are plenty of times that I wanted to give up but when I look at how far I came I can’t. Success is not an overnight process. You have to fight for what you want. When I think of my goals it keeps me striving high. Also skincare is my passion it’s apart of me.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As I Licensed Esthetician and acne specialist I enjoy helping my clients achieve healthy skin. I’m able to build their self confidence with facial treatments and introduce them to professional products that they thought never existed. I’m able to curate a skincare regime that works for their skin concerns. Being able to guide them and be apart of their skincare journey is a unbelievable feeling.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a seafood lover so I would definitely take her to Miami to try out some new spots. I love the boiling crab and the kajun crab. l wholeheartedly enjoy a nice evening out on the water as well so I would probably book a boat ride.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mother was always on top of me about going to college and getting a good job or doing what makes your happy. She will always say you have to set your self up for life, save your money, invest your money. She was and still is big on being financially secure and I’m grateful that her talks never went in vain. That I decided to chase my dreams.
