Hi Lidia, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success of a wellness and aesthetics brand like Ora Wellness is often a combination of authenticity and exceptional client experience. “They wont care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
For me, this quote will describe how important it is to provide exceptional customer service and to deliver patient satisfaction while always treating each client as an individual with a personal experience.

What should our readers know about your business?
At Ora Wellness and Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on offering a luxurious, client-centered experience in wellness and beauty. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to quality and a welcoming space where clients feel valued and rejuvenated.
Building this business wasn’t easy—every step, from design to service quality, brought challenges. But persistence, adaptability, and family support helped me overcome them.

Ultimately, we want people to know that we’re more than a med spa. We’re here to make wellness an experience that nourishes both body and mind, and we’re grateful to everyone who’s supported us along the way.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Arrival & Relaxation
Morning: Start with a facial at Ora Wellness to refresh after the journey.
Lunch: Enjoy a healthy meal at a nearby café.
Afternoon: Unwind with some time at Ora Wellness, perhaps trying an IV drip session to boost energy.
Dinner: Have a casual dinner nearby, then relax back at the spa.
There is nothing better than a full day of health and wellness!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A big part of my journey wouldn’t be possible without my parents. They’ve been incredibly supportive, helping me around the house and making it easier for me to focus on growing my business. Their support has allowed me to dedicate the time and energy needed to build Ora Wellness, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done along the way.
