Hi liza, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Like any independent mind I was curious what I can get out of myself, This became natural towards the service industry which I had passion for since my childhood, aided by both Culture ( Greek) and disposition. I had all the tools necessary all I needed was to act , luckily that itself is the essence of my character…. consequently owning a business became an outcome
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am in a restaurant business, what set my business unique is my customers have direct access to me. They can reach me via text or call, Knowing the customers helps to create good and comfortable environment for them, this is what I am excited the most about because it make them leave with smiling faces and happy memories It is difficult to think how I got here, if I think I would have not started…There is a certain dose of irrationality that is required to be an entrepreneur.. That being said , it was not easy but it had to be done…. Many challenges got into my way but I focused on my goal with the tenacity of that and only purpose, to provide the best service I can
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Andrea Schiavi : My friend & co-worker who has been by my side for the past 20 years with my successes and my downfalls. It has been a roller coaster of events in this unstable business but she continues to bravely join me on this ride.
