We had the good fortune of connecting with Logan Rae and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Logan, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Argon Agency is our company culture. We were built on grit and resilience and offer a unique advantage to our clients that most other marketing agencies neglect. Our team is comprised of young talented creatives in an environment that fosters transparency, passion, and result-driven mindsets. We believe in becoming uniformed with our client’s goals and assimilating the mission amongst each team we work with.

I truly am thankful for the team that has come together to push this vision forward. Our work speaks for itself and my team’s dedication has 110% been the reason we have thrived.


Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I originally started Argon Agency to brand my freelance work. I had decided in 2017 after founding Bacon Boxes that I didn’t want to be a business owner anymore and that I was best suited to work a c-level position within another organization. Up until the pandemic, I felt comfort in my decision and would only accept unbelievable freelance jobs that weren’t a conflict of interest while I maintained a full-time position as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
When the pandemic began to unravel it became a no-brainer to launch fully into entrepreneurship. Companies I had worked for in the past began reaching out asking if I could help them reposition while the company I was currently working for had declining standards of operations they were choosing to ignore.
My thought process was fulfilling a need and adding real value to an industry that was struggling to stay current with the changing times. The community needed an adaptable team that could target their client basis even with the drastic changes to buying patterns, economics, and sociology overall.
I teamed up with other top talent and together we became Argon Agency. It wasn’t easy however it is one of the best decisions I have ever made.


Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The mornings would be spent getting our blood flowing at Delray Boxing for boxing fitness with Justin. He will have you laughing through the pain. After working up a sweat we would grab a coffee from Common Grounds. If it’s early enough on a Monday or Tuesday we would sit in on their business networking meeting.

The evenings would be spent sampling a craft cocktail at Sassafras. The following morning we would call our friends at ElixIV for a mobile IV Therapy (to cure the hangover, of course). Knowing my friends, we would probably visit Phillip Wolves at Stroke of Genius if he had time in his schedule to tattoo us.
Then on Saturday or Sunday, we would visit Los Panchos Lake Worth. This spot is a gorgeous family-owned restaurant in downtown Lake Worth that serves authentic Mexican Cuisine. Their brunch menu features the largest selection of bottomless cocktails.
