We had the good fortune of connecting with Lubeants Joseph and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lubeants, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I decided to start Kingz Creations because I wanted to help Business Owners and Talented Individuals of all walks of life. As I was interacting with these different types of Entrepreneurs I realize that there’s a lack of service and support tailored for them. After many conversations I realized a lot of people were intimidated by the cost of marketing and even more intimidated by the process of creating the materials. Whether it was a Small Business Owner, A Creative Artist, A Musical Artist or A Model, these Entrepreneurs were having issues finding companies that can provide Quality Service at the budget that they can afford. A majority of Business Owners and Talents have no idea what type of content is need to properly build/market their brand and believe that it will cost them thousands of dollars just to start.

I decided Kingz Creations would be a one-stop shop for All Entrepreneurs. We assist from the conception of the brand to the production of the media/content to develop a unique identity, all the way to marketing/advertising.

We are a Marketing & Multimedia Production Company based around Film & Photography.
We are focused on providing Full Business Services to Small Business Owners & Talented Individuals throughout the United States and World Wide.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets Kingz Creations apart from others is that we work with everyone based on their budget. We are heavily community-driven, we aim to provide service to those that are underserved.
As such we target BIPOC communities. As a Black Business Owner, I aim to elevate Black, Indigenous, and People of Color first and foremost. We do not receive many opportunities especially when it comes to financials & funding.
So my message to everyone is that you can do it and we are here to be your support.

Kingz Creations is Providing Innovative Solutions to Business Professionals & Talented Individuals.
That is what I am most proud of and excited about. I am where I am because of my community.
It wasn’t easy but I funded the business myself and turned that into a skill where I teach entrepreneurs how to get started with out any funding and building a budget as you grow developing their brand from ground up.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am a very simple guy, my favorite places are quiet because I love to think and I enjoy conversations. On a tour of the city I would take my people anywhere we can get some great food.
I love goat, whether it’s tasso kabrit prepared by my Hattian Community or curry goat prepared by my Jamaican People, for my seafood lovers there’s conch, shrimp & catfish. It has to be from a mom/pop restaurant because the closest people to me enjoy home cooked meals. We would play some basketball, hangout in South Beach or Hollywood Beach for the scenery, go to Wynwood for drinks. We would either take drives or take walks and eat as much food as we can. Comedic bars would be our go to for entertainment, Karaoke bars and dance bars but no clubs. I’m a workaholic so I do not do much hanging out and my people know that.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The person that I owe my success to the most is my son Isaiah Nehemiah Joseph. I am not just saying it as a parent. I am saying it because even at such a young age Isaiah has provided the most support and understanding in my life. When my son is with me and I have to meet with a client, whether it is just a meeting or to work on a graphic/logo or film/photography project he wants to be there, he comes out to assist.

His drive gives me the motivation to continue going because this company is not for me, it is for my son, I am just running it in his stead until he graduates High School or College/University whatever path he chooses.
