We had the good fortune of connecting with Lucie Allaire and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lucie, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a certified health coach with over a decade of experience in nutrition and weight loss coaching, I saw the need and opportunity for a diet-friendly, on-demand food ordering platform that wasn’t a weekly meal subscription service. The idea for Guiltless Grocery first came to me in a dream.

The idea evolved into becoming Guiltless To Go. Our app will offer easy healthy ordering from nearby grocery retailers and restaurants with the ability for users to filter their search by diet types, ingredients, allergies, or calories for pick up or delivery.

By unleashing the power of AI, we make it simple to “Order Smarter, Eat Healthier, and Guilt-Less!” Soon keto, paleo, vegan, low-fat, low-calorie, low-sugar, non-GMO, gluten-free, or more options will be just a click away!

What should our readers know about your business?
We are a start-up technology company building an AI-powered app called Guiltless ToGo that will make healthy on-demand ordering easy. Users will be able to order from nearby grocery retailers & restaurants, and filter by diet types, ingredients, allergies, and calories for either pick up or delivery. We are still in process of building our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version to beta test with users in the south Florida area, before we expand and scale nationwide. Currently we are building our wait list. We have a long road ahead but are very excited for the journey. We can’t wait to launch our app soon so users can “order smarter, eat healthier, and guilt-less!” It should be here and ready for use by summer 2023.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well I would want to show my friend all the hot spot areas of south Florida. Probably start nearby for night out Ft Lauderdale’s Las Olas Blvd starting with happy hour, followed by dinner nearby or on the beach, Then I would suggest a night out up north in Boca Raton’s Mizner Park then maybe a drive up to Delray’s Atlantic Ave for some live entertainment on the Ave.. Then another day we could either take the bright line up to West Palm Clematis St and Palm Beach island, or for night out in Miami’s Brickell downtown and South Beach. I would certainly want to show her our beautiful beaches and be able to take her out for a day of boating to see south Florida’s lovely intracoastal waterways and waterfront homes.
