We had the good fortune of connecting with Magda Loureiro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Magda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
When you enter entrepreneurship with authenticity and passion for success and strive to make a difference through your brand, you can’t be defeated. My team and I really have a passion for real estate and for helping families obtain the American Dream of homeownership, and that in itself is rewarding. Our passion is noticed in the real estate industry and really does draw the right kind of partnerships and clients, that trust us and want to grow together with us at Sun Life Title. This passion helps our team persevere, even when it gets difficult, and it really helps us stand out from the rest.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our motto at Sun Life Title, is “Community, Quality, Trust”, and we take those three words with us in everything that we do. Sun Life Title, LLC is a boutique title company dedicated to providing premium service to clients and finding solutions to their real estate needs. We pride ourselves in giving our agents, buyers and sellers a memorable and most pleasant closing experience. Our attention to detail and our care of protecting our clients sets us apart from our competitors. ​Our experience and thoroughness will assure that we will get the job done efficiently and with excellence.

At Sun Life we also love to give back to the community. We participate in several charitable organizations and events throughout the year. We also give back to the Doctors, Nurses, EMS, & Police Officers on the front lines the best way we know how, by offering our services free of charge, as a show of gratitude. This definitely makes me extremely excited that I am able to contribute to the betterment of my community.

Some people may think that being a business owner makes your life easier and you work less, but in reality, being an entrepreneur means you never stop working. In order to be successful, you have to outwork your competition and really go all-in to make your brand come out on top. And sometimes you may not know how to get to the top, but you learn along the way what works, and you continue to do more of that. It has definitely been a fund ride and I cant wait to see what else will unfold for the Sun Life brand. Stay tuned!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Not to toot my own horn, but I am very good at planning trips, and South Florida really has amazing places to visit and enjoy. First thing on the list would definitely be a Beach day, because well, you are in the Sunshine state! I would recommend a stay at one of my favorites, depending on budget- The Faena, the 1 Hotel or The Grand Beach Hotel in Surfside to enjoy upscale vibes and avoid the tourist buzz on South Beach. All three are beautifully decorated hotels, with great dining options and beautiful beaches. Maybe catch dinner at Joe’s Stone Crab.

Next I would recommend a visit to the Florida Keys, maybe take a boat trip, or just relax and have cocktails at any one of the oceanside restaurants in the area. One of my favorite dinner spots is A & B Lobster House.

While in South Florida, you will have to have one night out to dance. Ball and Chain, the Wharf, Space, E11even, or DAER at the Hard Rock can all be fun options to get the feel of the Miami Party scene. If you are more low-key, Go check out the Design District for some shopping and have lunch at the St. Roch Market Food hall!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have many great mentors that surround me in both my personal life, as well as business connections I have made throughout the way, but there is one person that has really made a huge impact in the success of Sun Life Title, and that is my business partner, Javier Zelaya. Javier has so much courage and really knows how to push me to the limit. Together we have been able to make difficult decisions and take risks that really have paid off. He has helped me develop my emotional intelligence in order to be resilient and cope better under pressure and in stressful situations, which you often come across when you are a business owner, with a team under your wing. He really believes in our success and with our combined knowledge and expertise, we will continue to grow together and expand the Sun Life Brand.
