We had the good fortune of connecting with Manuela Delgado and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Manuela, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I believe the most important factor behind our success is the relationships we build with our clients. We try to create real connections that go beyond just doing business. When we understand our clients on a deeper level, the whole experience becomes more enjoyable and collaborative for everyone.
Consistency has also been key, from how we communicate to how we deliver our projects.
Showing up with the same level of care and quality every time builds trust, we want our clients to know they can always rely on us for quality and dependability.
Those meaningful connections and our consistent approach have shaped how we handle customer service, I want every client to feel happy and excited when working with us. I also make it a priority for my team to feel valued and appreciated, because a happy team is essential. Their effort, dedication, and passion are what allow us to deliver every project on time and with genuine care. Our success is truly a collective effort, driven by strong relationships, trust, consistency, and teamwork.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I think what sets us apart is our approach to understanding our clients’ needs and supporting them through every aspect of production, from video to photography and more. We don’t just focus on delivering a product; we focus on building a relationship and truly capturing their vision in a way that feels personal and impactful.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t necessarily “hard,” but it took time, patience, and persistence. I’ve always believed that building something great takes time, because time gives you the experiences you need to learn, reflect, and execute better. I’d rather take the time to do things right than rush into something without clear direction.
Of course, there were challenges along the way, but I chose to see them as opportunities to grow. I’m lucky to be surrounded by supportive people who believe in me and in our mission.
One big lesson I’ve learned is: complain less, enjoy more. I’m not saying complaining is always bad, sometimes it helps us to vent and let out tension. But I try to balance that with gratitude for the basics, like having a bed to sleep in, food in the fridge, and good health. That thought always helps me slow down, be more present, and focus on the good things in my life. Running a business can be stressful, but it’s also a privilege. Not everyone gets the opportunity to stress over a project they’re passionate about.
I want the world to know that my business isn’t just me, it’s a team of talented, dedicated people who share these same values. We love what we do, we love working with people, and we love making them happy with our work. Even with the rise of AI, creativity and storytelling still require a human touch and emotional connection. If you’re going to hire someone to bring your vision to life, choose a team that understands your story and handles it with care.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I have to admit, I’m probably not the best person to answer this because I’m definitely more of a homebody, haha. But if I had to plan the perfect day, I’d start with a calm breakfast and good coffee, two of my favorite spots are Magdalena and Mamacita, both in Edgewater. After that, I’d head to the beach because nothing beats relaxing by the ocean here in Miami.
If we wanted to go out for a drink later (I don’t usually drink much), I’d probably choose Rosa Sky, it has such a great vibe and beautiful views.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First on the list are my parents. They always knew I was a creative child, drawn to art and storytelling, and they supported me wholeheartedly in pursuing this career and my projects. Even though my dad doesn’t live in the U.S. with us, my mom has been an incredible source of support every step of the way, from heartfelt talks about believing in me to physically helping on productions and even editing videos at times.
Secondly, my partner, Jorge Alvarez, has played a big role in helping me understand how to run a successful business. As creatives, we often focus on our creative vision and directing, and sometimes forget the importance of the numbers and structure behind a business. Jorge taught me to embrace that side of things and gave me the confidence to grow not just as a creative but also as a business owner.
Amanda, our lead editor, is also someone very special to me. We met in college and have been working together ever since. She’s not only an amazing, authentic, and honest friend but also one of the hardest-working people I know. Together, we’ve grown personally and professionally, and I’m truly blessed to have her as part of my team and as our post-production manager.
Finally, I want to thank every person, company, and client who has believed in and supported our work. I wouldn’t have achieved this success or learned so many valuable lessons without them. I’m excited to keep building relationships and making more people happy through what we create.
