Hi Mapa, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factors behind our success as car brokers are consistency and authenticity. We are always innovating, creating new ideas, and improving our services and products to help our community to have the needed tools and knowledge to buy and sell cars. The most important thing is not just having fresh and innovative new ideas but making them real with consistency and discipline.

What should our readers know about your business?
We had no idea we were going to dedicate ourselves to this. We started as a conventional car dealership; however, we were not passionate about it, so we decided to try as brokers. Then, we just realized the lack of information people have about the car business. So, we decided to start teaching it.

It was not easy at all! We were even at a very difficult breaking point in our company which was the moment when this incredible idea emerged. Thanks to that, we just learned that times of crisis work perfectly to create new opportunities. We are thrilled we did not give up and tried in another way.

There are some lessons we have learned along the way. One is that we must treat our clients as we like to be treated. Therefore, we try to give our best possible service. People tend to believe that everything is already done or that making a new product is too complicated, but that is false. You can innovate and create new products and services. Not all of them work, but it’s about trying.

We want Mapa to be a company recognized for the opportunity it gives people who love cars and businesses; in such a way, they can have job opportunities by having all the essential information to reduce risks and avoid making mistakes.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to dedicate this to our wonderful work team, because none of this could have been possible without them. They have worked as hard as we do to make everything happen. Also, our parents and the support they have given us; basically, they are our inspiration, and of course, to all our followers who have believed in us and been there since day one supporting us. Thanks to all!
