Meet Marcia Neumann | MindValley Life Coach & Reiki Healer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcia Neumann and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marcia, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
The purpose of my business is to promote self-love and self-validation through self-acceptance and integrity in a world that is so ill due to betrayal, jealousy, and unhealthy competition, all caused by the erosion of genuine values that have been corroding throughout society.
Since a very young age, I have faced tremendous challenges and become a target for gossip and retaliation for consistently advocating for generosity and freedom of mind and spirit. I have always genuinely believed in growth and prosperity through authenticity and the exploration of raw, creative skills that originate from our inner source, and have often been judged as naive and innocent.
And while it all may seem painfully accurate in a world almost dominated by ego and destructive competition for materialistic validations, finding strength and resistance to remain still by believing in true intentions and the transformation into a world better for the good of all is a daily challenge I am eager to embrace.
I genuinely believe in transforming “Pain into Power” into a matter of Self-Power. Never to impose power over others, but to think in one’s ability to accept oneself exactly as who we are as a starting point to initiate one’s inner work on the path of real evolution, and understand that WE in this form of human existence are all running in circles looking to be accepted, valued, and loved. And it will only be achieved the day we drop all superficialities, so we can also stop frustrating the false expectations we build of each other. And after all, it will also only be achieved if you come from a place of naivety, genuinely, and with crystal clear intentions!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I consider myself a very free-spirited soul. I have challenged rules and control since early childhood, when I couldn’t understand and accept why people imposed so many restrictions and limitations without providing any valid reasoning, but just for the pleasure of power. I am not averse to social discipline, as I believe in the law of consequences, but I have been so oppressed that it caused me to find freedom in my thoughts and inspirations.
I always loved home decorating and dreamt of becoming an architect. Still, as my father owned a company in the chemical field and wished for me to work with him, I took on the challenge to earn a degree in chemistry. It only served to teach me about action and reaction, because even the thought of working in the field resulted in pure boredom. I also learned to play Chess from him at a very young age, and by combining these skills with my intuitive nature, I discovered that I am a great problem solver.
As an adult, I initiated the practice of Reiki Healing and discovered the incredible healing power we all possess, and decided to become a MindValley Certified Life Coach.
My ultimate goal is to help others achieve self-love, self-validation, and inner balance in a world that is often so lost in purpose. Values and principles, where we usually follow or envy the paths of others because we weren’t taught or encouraged to be authentic and free enough to find the beauty of our skills and destiny, and at the same time, to fulfill my decorator’s passion, I have prepared some strategically located short-term vacation rentals where I explore my architecture and decorating skills while hosting my guests with love and comfort, with beautiful memories made!
I have recently published my first book, titled Transcending: My Path to Enlightenment, available through several outlets.
In this book, I share my personal life’s journey, experiences, challenges, and triumphs as an open book. As my biggest dream is to encourage others not to be ashamed, but instead, to embrace their authentic selves and journeys, learn from their mistakes, and be proud of their individual stories with the conviction and assurance that we all face challenges throughout life because we are all here to learn, love, and evolve. There’s no better way to be than our true selves.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is a great topic! I was born and raised in South Brazil and moved to California when I was twenty-four years old. Lived in LA for twenty-six years, and have been in South Florida since December 2020.
I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to a variety of different countries and explore a lot of various cultures, and being in South Florida has given me this fantastic feeling of a melting pot of different options from the availability of all other food options as well as the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world.
Usually, when I have guests from out of town, one of the first stops is the historical Cuban Restaurant “Versailles” in Miami, for their Croquetas and Mojitos, which are a must-try. Then, as a good tourist guide, I recommend a boat ride through the Bayside of magnificent Miami.
The Hard Rock Casino is a great spot for entertainment, featuring a variety of concerts. And for food, Belly Fish Sushi is out of this world! The restaurant, Pirate-Republic, is an excellent option for delicious Brazilian dishes, located in a waterfront setting in downtown Fort Lauderdale, where you can dock your boat and eat by the water, amidst the high-rise city scene.
This delicious subject could go far, but the Florida Keys and Clearwater Beach in the Tampa area are also must-visit, amazing spots, besides many others on my list that I haven’t had the chance to experience yet, but I definitely will.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
As I reflect on life today, I compare it to a school year; I also strive to understand and learn from each lesson with the hope of accomplishing my assignment.
My big shoutout goes to every being who has crossed and still crosses my path, accepting me and understanding me as I am, or not. I am grateful because there were so many circumstances where I was neglected and abandoned by those I loved and trusted the most. The same ones who swore to love me the most.
And it was through deep inner work that I realized the most significant power and strength we have comes from our connection to God and the Divine source. Inner source and intuition give me confidence that every challenging situation has been an opportunity to grow and build more strength and character.
I don’t believe in coincidences, but rather in the synchronicity of God always bringing divine angels across our path as healers and mentors. There are so many names along the way, like my dearest friend and mentor, Jojo Savard, Claudia Rodrigues, and inspirations from Tony Robbins, Vishen Lakhiani, and Dr. Shavani, and last but not least, my three exceptional children Kyan, Gabriela and Francis, whom I am eternally grateful for every lesson of love, strentgh, integrity and achievement we exchange and learn from each other every single day.
