Hi Maria Aleandra, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I see risk taking as living ‘on the edge of possibility’, for those of us who are embracing entrepreneurship as our chosen path, this is a given. From taking that big first leap into starting your business, to making decisions that take you beyond your comfort zone, to the willingness to adapt at every turn, understanding risks as part of the process is vital for our success. In my coaching and teaching I speak a lot about Momentum, in many instances the only way to kickstart that momentum is by taking a risk, sometimes it’s big and other times it feels small, but there’s a sense of stepping outside of what felt safe before. This is the space where the magic happens, when you’re willing to make decisions from a place of vision and risk the potential failure that might come from making a new move. Otherwise, we remain stagnant and ‘on the fence’, the magic never happens ‘on the fence’.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a coach, mindset mentor, strategic sorceress, speaker, podcast host and modern day mystic. I help visionary women step into their power and create purposeful businesses, with a combination of mindset coaching, cosmic magic and momentum activation. I catalyze them and support them into ‘cracking open’ to their next level of authenticity and true success. Most of my clients typically come to me saying ‘there’s something in me that feels big and important to share with the world, I have no idea where to begin’ then we take it from there and make it happen. I’m really good at weaving different threads of understanding together and combining strategy plus spirituality, which results in a potent formula for transformation and results. I’m here to show you the sweet spot between your inner drive and your divine wisdom, to operate from a new place of potential, to move away from the default paradigms that so many of us have been operating under.

I spent nearly 16 years working in corporate America so I carry a wealth of practical experiences plus a unique perspective that informs how I’m able to coach others, at the same time I’m a spiritual channel and intuitive guide who is deeply connected to what I call ‘Creatrix Consciousness’ which is what I now share with the world. Our times are ripe with potential for visionaries to step forward, it’s my job to connect the dots, to motivate, to dissolve limiting patterns and inspire others to believe in themselves at a whole new level. What I do is part business coaching, part quantum magic and it’s a whole lot of fun.

I’m also married to an ALS Warrior, as my husband and I have faced the most difficult and intensely painful experience in our lifetimes, my resolve to live in the moment and coach others to live here and now has become even more activated.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since I’m a mom.. Zoo Miami is a must! lol We really do love going to the zoo. Taking a stroll in Wynwood is always nice, my husband loves craft beers so we love checking out local breweries.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to dedicate this Shoutout to my husband, Julian Tomas. Without his support, I wouldn’t have taken all the risks that my soul has been nudging me towards, he’s been my rock and my sounding board, always encouraging me to keep stepping forward. Together him and I have developed a closer bond than ever, thanks in part to the risks we’ve taken in our personal and professional lives. We’ve made decisions that have taken us to the edge of our comfort zone but have resulted in freedom, adventure and expanded possibilities. An example of this is the podcast we host together, The Couple Shift, a few years ago I would have never imagined him and I would be doing something like this, it’s a true testament to stretching together.
