We had the good fortune of connecting with Marte Siebenhar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marte, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
People have always come to me seeking guidance, advice, or directions, even in places I’ve never visited! This is the metaphor behind my business. After years of climbing the career ladder and never feeling quite fulfilled, I took my own direction. I now help others achieve success through a combination of strategic business coaching with evidence-based healing techniques, which help them clear internal obstacles toward greater prosperity and fulfillment.

I’m a highly successful executive coach and former nonprofit fundraising consultant who has helped leaders of organizations grow and raise tens of millions of dollars to build their vision. Through this process, I witnessed the fears and generational beliefs that hold back many leaders from fulfilling their full potential — and realized that my personal spiritual practice offered solutions. So, I now combine executive coaching and energy healing in my business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It’s easy to define what sets me apart because there are not (m)any other high-level executive coaches/business strategy consultants who openly embrace energy healing as a modality. I started studying pranic healing 25 years ago, but it was always strictly personal; I thought I would not be taken seriously as a professional if I embraced the “woo.” Once I saw the positive effect of healing on my own life and business, it became obvious that I had to offer the power of energy healing to my clients.

Now, I offer executive coaching and energy healing; I’ve delegated my fundraising work to others so I can concentrate on my superpowers.

You can learn more about how I can help on my website, thebusinesshealer.com, and enjoy guided meditations on my YouTube channel. The magic really starts to happen through my group Prosperity Healing programs, which done in community and supported by me on a 12-week journey that has produced immediate windfalls and permanent breakthroughs for participants.

I also offer 1:1 coaching for Prosperity Healing graduates and others; just contact me through my website.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite Miami experiences activate the senses, heart, body, and mind to rebalance and recharge your energy.
• Don’t miss a mind-expanding performance by Pioneer Winter Collective
• Immerse yourself in a heartful rehearsal with the Miami Sound Choir
• Become an instant neighbor and enjoy delicious Egyptian food at Habibi Kush
• Get stronger and more flexible with an energizing private Pilates session with Kalyn James of LIT Pilates
• Take in some South Beach “zen” with a breathtaking pre-concert sunset on New World Symphony’s rooftop
• Best of all, in my Upper East Side neighborhood, get to Baywood Park at dawn for a peaceful sunrise meditation session over Biscayne Bay (often guest-starring dolphins and manatees), get your plant parent vibes on at MiMo Garden Center, and visit Legion Park for free yoga and organic produce at the farmer’s market on Saturdays.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m grateful for my spiritual teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, a successful businessperson who devised a system of secular, multicultural practices that leads to the realization of the higher soul (or self). I wouldn’t be where I am without my business teacher Michael Kaiser, the former president of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, who became known as “the turnaround king” for his consulting work with arts organizations. And I’m delighted to shout-out Jamie Sutta, founder of Vocal Youth Miami, a choir-based youth empowerment program that unleashes and amplifies the voices of Miami’s young people, in all the best ways possible. Jamie’s success – along with her love, friendship and encouragement – confirms I’m on the right path.
