We had the good fortune of connecting with Michelle Caba and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michelle, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?

Entrepreneurship is a family tradition, I come from a family of successful business owners. My father owned several businesses over the course of 30 years, as well as my aunt and uncle who owned a small franchise of steakhouses, and my mother who always had a side hustle. The love of business was ingrained in me from an early age.

Determined to gain a deeper understanding of the business world, I chose to pursue a career on Wall Street. There, I learned about money, global brands, and the secrets to business success. However, I soon realized that there was a disconnect between this knowledge and the resources available to small business owners.

Motivated by the desire to help small businesses succeed, I decided to start my own business. My goal is to bridge the gap between the resources available on Wall Street and the needs of small business owners. By providing the knowledge and tools needed for small businesses to thrive, I hope to make a positive impact on the business world and help others achieve success.

What should our readers know about your business?

I set myself apart from others with my unique combination of financial expertise, business acumen, and innovative thinking. I have a proven track record of success in both the banking and fintech industries, as well as the beauty industry, which showcases my versatility and adaptability. My ability to build strong relationships and my talent for problem-solving makes me a valuable asset to any business.

Moreover, my ability to guide businesses through key aspects of branding, financial modeling, strategic marketing, and sales coaching sets me apart from others in my field. I have a visionary approach and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful and profitable business. This, combined with my passion for helping others, makes me a sought-after business coach and consultant.

In addition, my commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and building their confidence and mindset speaks to my dedication to helping my clients reach their full potential. I share with my clients the same tools that helped me overcome challenges that kept me stuck. I overcame those challenges by simply asking for help. I’ve learned that if I want achieve any goal faster and successfully then I’ll need guidance from someone who did it before me.

I’m most excited about releasing my Style Your Business digital course, growing Fama Agency, and impacting more lives. I truly feel that Style Your Business is a transformative digital experience for the entrepreneur that feels “stuck”. It will unlock knowledge and provide tangible tools empowering you to grow your business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’ve lived in Florida almost 3 years now. I’m best known for a note I created on my iPhone. The note lists restaurants and experiences divided by Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. It’s pretty extensive. I found most of these places on Tik Tok, instagram, or through people I met along my adventures. I always recommend that everyone visit the Design District. I love the vibe of being surrounded by so many global brands. Lunch at Baccarat is a must. If you are still around for dinner, definitely visit Contessa. I like to show my guests how lifestyles can change from one county to another. In Broward, las Olas is a must. I like to introduce them to Carousel Club where we can watch a horse race, while vibing to great cocktails and food. Lastly, Palm Beach is always a great vibe. RH rooftop in West Palm Beach is a must. I like the beaches in Boca Raton especially Spanish River Beach finishing the day at Mizner at Locale or The Standard.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to thank my family specifically my mom, my brother and my son for their support and love. Being an entrepreneur and a businesswoman, it takes a village at times to be all things to everyone. They have sacrificed for me so that I could pursue my dream of business ownership. I’m truly grateful for them. I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the women in business who have made a significant impact on my life and career. Our connection and advice have been instrumental in propelling my business forward. I’m deeply thankful for their support and guidance and recognize that their contributions have been invaluable in helping me achieve success. I want extend my sincerest thanks to each and every one of these amazing women in business who have made a difference in her life. They know who they are!
