We had the good fortune of connecting with Michelle Sadownick and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Michelle, how does your business help the community?
My business is dedicated to building stronger communities by helping people find not just houses but true homes in their chosen cities. A home is a sanctuary – a place of comfort, safety, and respite from the world. It’s where we find peace, joy, and a sense of belonging. I believe everyone deserves a space to call their own, where they can relax, feel proud, and truly be themselves. Helping clients achieve this is more than a transaction; it’s my way of contributing to their happiness and well-being and enhancing the community they’ll call home.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience, I specialize in both residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida, particularly in Palm Beach County. My journey began in 1998 when I relocated from Connecticut to South Florida, bringing with me a passion for interior design, which I honed at the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute. This background has been instrumental in assisting clients with property staging and envisioning potential renovations.
What distinguishes my approach is the commitment to providing a white-glove, concierge-level service to each client. I am dedicated to understanding individual needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience that extends beyond the transaction. This dedication has led to a proven track record of successfully representing sellers and buyers across various sectors, including luxury waterfront properties, investor representation, first-time homebuyers, and relocations.
One of the highlights of my career has been the opportunity to host segments on “The American Dream TV,” where I showcase the vibrant lifestyle and real estate opportunities in Delray Beach. This platform allows me to share my market expertise and passion for the community with a broader audience.
The path to establishing a successful real estate business has been filled with challenges, from navigating market fluctuations to meeting diverse client expectations. Overcoming these obstacles required resilience, continuous learning, and a proactive approach to market trends. Engaging a real estate coach in 2016 was a pivotal decision that enhanced my skills and enabled me to offer greater value to my clients.
Throughout this journey, I’ve learned the importance of transparent communication, building strong relationships, and maintaining a client-centric focus. These principles have been fundamental in achieving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
My mission is to guide clients through their real estate journeys with unparalleled expertise, unwavering passion, and a personalized approach. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing in South Florida’s dynamic market, I am committed to making your experience seamless and rewarding.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My best friend would be coming in from a small town and she would want to experience the best parts of Delray Beach. For starters we would go to a yoga studio and destress from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Then we would go to the seagate spa and have massages and layout by the pool and beach club. After a day of relaxation we would get dolled up to go out on the town and have dinner at cut 432 where the vibe is hip and the food is delicious. The next day we would take a stroll on the avenue and hit up the owl for breakfast and then journey down the avenue to go shopping in the little boutiques. Then happy hour at Avalon where we can sit outside and people watch. After a long day of shopping we plan our adventure for the next day over a Glass of wine and lite bites. The next day we start with sunrise yoga on the beach, snorkel and paddle board off the shores in Delray Beach. Afterward we head over to the seed on the ave and enjoy a smoothy and plan the rest of our day. Late afternoon we head over to artist alley and sip wine and indulge in the cultural art displays and murals. deciding to stay with the culture theme, we watch a play at the old playhouse. The next day we decide to sleep in and listen to the podcast of the spice girls and them have lunch outdoors at city oyster To enjoy the oyster of the day and mimosas. The afternoon is a golf cart ride with the dog to the dog park and then to the beach. We are a little ready to dance the night away in some of our new outfits we bought but first we want to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. We decide to go to Campi a new restaurant at the trendy Ray Hotel. We start with espresso martinis to perk us up and then we enjoy the pasta dishes. We decide to head up top to the rooftop bar to enjoy a little stargazing and music in the sky.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My journey to success has been shaped profoundly by the incredible mentors I’ve had over the years. From a young age, I was driven to live a purposeful life, continuously striving to grow and improve. One pivotal experience occurred in 8th grade. Although reluctant to move and spend a summer at YMCA camp, I ended up having the time of my life—and meeting one of my most cherished mentors, John Bennett. He became a father figure, mentor, friend, and boss all in one, welcoming me into his YMCA family and providing not only guidance but a sense of protection and belonging.
As I grew older, I was fortunate to cross paths with several remarkable women in business who helped me transition into real estate and master the skills I needed to thrive. One of these mentors was my dear friend Dina, who coached me through the process of obtaining my real estate license and supported me through some of life’s toughest moments. Each mentor has left an indelible mark on my life, and I’m deeply grateful for their support, which fuels my continued dedication to achieving my goals.
