Hi Mimi, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I have been in the entertainment field since 13 years old. I wanted to develop something that I can assist all communities with giving everyone an opportunity no matter on your financial status.

Owner of music radio show “Peace On The Streets Radio” on WOKB provides others a platform of opportunities. She’s able to stay focus on assisting nonprofit organizations, local and small business / independent talents. Published several times winning “ Best Host” “Most Influential Women Of Orlando” and 100 Successful Women In Business” winning
three Stellar Awards in a row. Currently nominated on her fourth. She has been honored and awarded best host, best radio show, most influential woman in Orlando, and 100 Successful Women In Business!
She has ownership of her broadcasting and media productions radio show remaining independent on a mainstream broadcasting station with over 100,000 listeners!
Mimi is also the host for Latina Role Models on spectrum and ruku .

This has truly been one of the best times of my life! To have the capability on owning your rights to a programmed broadcasting radio show on a main stream station is a game changer! It gives myself complete control of media has media will not control us! We stay focus on the people and on all communities.. Providing others opportunities to have exposure is my mission to assist on others success.. with God always being first it keeps me focused and humble. I want to thank my family for this as they keep me grounded every single day..

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are many exciting places here in Orlando, I love to support and expose the city even further! Whether it’s theme parks, attractions, historical places or supporting and visiting my friends restaurants, venues, events and so forth! I support the people so make sure that I bring my guest and my meetings to their businesses. It’s the best feeling ever!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The amazing accolades in life I have received by their platforms giving me a chance, trusting me, and providing me the tools for this opportunity in my life and change!
