We had the good fortune of connecting with Nadine Pierre and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nadine, what’s one piece of conventional advice that you disagree with?

Great things come to those who wait…I honestly think that’s untrue. My immediate question whenever I hear that statement is…what are they waiting on? How long do they wait?
Anything great that you want to achieve you must go after it! I’d say great things come to those who prepare and execute!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

I’m a realtor. Simply put, I connect buyers and sellers together and make dreams possible in the real estate world! As a real estate professional in an extremely saturated market, I pride myself in client care. One of My greatest strengths is something we all were born with…the ability to authentically care about others. This innate ability has been the one true thing that continues to elevate my brand. Because I care, I continuously sharpen my skills, I continuously find ways to keep my team and my processes moving efficiently- all to better serve my clients.
Scaling a business, building a reputable brand is no easy work! I’ve been building and still have great expansion plans for my businesses. It takes having a vision and executing on that said vision. Every little calculated step forward brought me closer and closer to my ultimate goal. I’ve sacrificed time, sleep, vacations, and some of my social life over the years to be recognized as a top real estate agent in my market.
The lessons I’ve learned over the years all summarize a very basic, yet undervalued overall fact…if you appreciate your clients, your business will appreciate. Put the needs of your clients first always and the financial success will follow…never the money before the clients.
I’m just an immigrant who decided that being mediocre was never in my cards. I want people to see in me, that anything is possible. I want them to see the possibility of overcoming challenges in me. I want them to God’s love in me.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d probably plan a day trip to Bimini first to go have some authentic island food and great drinks! Once we’re back, I’d plan to visit each of the tri-county because there’s so much to do! Wynwood is a must for everything artsy, creative and fun! From the beautiful murals, museums and restaurants…that day would not disappoint! A spa day or 2, a stop to Billy’s Stone crabs -one of my favorite seafood restaurants for dinner. We’d definitely spend a day in Jupiter to kayak and enjoy the sun. With the night life opening back up, we’d spend the weekend listening to live music and dancing in downtown Las olas at a local lounge.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Truthfully speaking, I’m going to say God and my family. My path, my story is all driven by faith. Every single person that’s added in the past, those that are adding now and will add in the future are all thanks to the most high…
