Hi Nat, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I decided to start my own business because I genuinely wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, especially those close to me who are business owners. Growing up, I saw how challenging it was for my family members to navigate the digital marketing landscape without breaking the bank. I love being creative, so I jumped into web design to support my family. As they saw my work, other business owners also wanted my help.

What should our readers know about your business?
My journey in digital marketing began when I noticed a gap in the market for honesty and integrity. Witnessing other companies trying to exploit my father and his business fueled my determination to make a difference. I immersed myself in mastering web design and digital marketing, acknowledging that learning is an ongoing process in this ever-evolving field. The desire to provide affordable marketing solutions to business owners has been a driving force behind my continuous growth. I aspire to be more than just a typical agency owner—I aim to deliver impactful results that meet my clients’ needs. Leading The Business Theory, an award-winning web design and digital marketing agency based in South Florida, our mission is clear: empower business owners to establish a noteworthy online presence without breaking the bank.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I were to plan a week-long trip in South Florida, the beach would be my ultimate destination. Specifically, I enjoy the laid-back vibes of Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale—it offers a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the bustling Miami Beach scene. For a top-tier experience, dining at Primanti Bros right on the sand is a must-do in my book. It’s the perfect blend of sun, sea, and good food that embodies the essence of South Florida living.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to give a special shoutout to my family—they have been instrumental in various aspects of my business. Whether it was providing encouragement or offering me opportunities through hiring, their unwavering support has truly allowed me to enhance my skills and focus on honing my craft.
