We had the good fortune of connecting with Natasha E. Feghali and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natasha E., what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started my own business at a time when I was very low, very low in my life and had nothing to loose. I had one path and it was trampled by people who did not believe in me. I thought my life would end their however I came up with a new vision for my life. Real Estate Investor.

What should our readers know about your business?
FGI is an independently owned and operated rental homes, rental of storage units and holding group. FGI has a strong portfolio of homes in the Windsor-Essex County Region and works with local and international investors as well. We pride ourselves on giving the best quality care and expertise when it comes to rental homes as well as the community at large. OUR GOAL: We pride ourselves on great service for our clients and tenants. We currently have 10 suites and 3 storage spaces in the Windsor-Essex Community and are moving into the US market for 2020. FGI is also committed to donating a portion of revenue to charity and has recently donated to Build A Dream for the 2018 and 2019 Dreamer Day. FGI is also working with partners at RBC Bank, CIBC Bank and NK Real Estate Team as well as investors in order to continue to scale our growth in the real estate investment filed. We are currently involved in projects that enable us to scale our growth in the community.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a visitor in my hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada I would start by taking them to our beautiful Riverfront for a walk along the Riverside to see the Ambassador Bridge, we would then go for a bite to eat – as we have the tastiest food in Windsor! Pizza especially! We are know for it globally. Then a trip to the Essex County to enjoy the towns and Wineries with an overnight stay at the local Bed & Breakfast. In the morning we can take a little visit to Point Pelee and enjoy the National Park with a diner on Kingsville’s upbeat Downtown area. For the historical lover; we can have a visit to Fort Malden in Amherstburg as well as the Freedom Museum finished off with a glass of wine on the water at Riccardo’s! Now back in Windsor and hoping the weather is on our side we will make our way to Jackson Park to see the gardens as well as a little lunch on one of our City’s patio’s and a tasty coffee in Walkerville! A few days, a few visits with alot left to see!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I had a mentor at the time I started my business. This mentor helped me realize all the potential I could have in Real Estate and how easily I could take my investments to the next level. As well, I read alot. I mean ALOT! Books about investing and real estate mainly. From that point forward – I kept going. 5 years later and here I am!
